The Alpha..... With Kids!

The Storm

Jake's POV

I walk out of the classroom and I quickly run to the side of the building using my super speed but making sure no one sees me. I sneak around to the side and I peak through classroom windows until I see her, my mate.

I smile and I crouch down in the bushes making sure the kids and she can't see me, I watch her move around the room and get all the kids together and she places them at tables. I smile as I see my little guys clinging to her legs as she walks around.

I watch as she moves gracefully, with a kind smile. I hear a thundering rumble of thunder and I can smell the rain coming from a distance. I slowly move away from the window making a promise to myself that I'm coming back to pick up my boys later so I can see her again.

I quickly get into my car before it can start raining and I drive back home and I call my assistant saying that I'm working from home today. I park in the garage and I quickly drive my other cars that are outside in the garage, not wanting the rain to ruin the inside of his expensive convertibles.

I finish parking all my cars in the garage and after closing and locking the garage door I head back inside. I go up to my office and I sigh as I sit in my chair and I think about the way the boys acted with her and how my wolf was so happy to have finally found his mate.

I close my eyes and I focus on my wolf, he's so happy and just wants to get back to his mate. He says

"did you see how beautiful she was?! she was like sunshine coming through the clouds on a rainy day, and her scent was intoxicating!! and the kids already lover her! and imagine how connected we will all be when the kids feed from her!"

I frown and ask

"what do you mean?"

"well the kids aren't physically connected to her but we can fix that, once she's pregnant and after she gives birth she will feed Adam and Alex and the baby so they will all have a physical connection with her"

"so you're talking about her breast feeding our sons so they become physically connected to her?"

"yes"

"but what if she doesn't want to?"

"it'll be a natural instinct for her, once we tell her why she'll need to feed them I'm sure she'll be willing"

I nod and cut him out so I can get back to my work before I have to go pick up my boys. I look outside and I see the rain already coming down hard and with my heightened hearing I can already hear the thunder rumbling, I frown and hope that Anna has a safe ride home.

A few hours later

I look at the clock and I swear loudly, I rush to the door and I quickly run to the car and I rush out to the school as fast as I can. I'm 2 hours late!! I groan as I drive slower because of the rain and the traffic.

After about another half hour I finally get to the school and I rush inside. As I walk around the school I realise that the power is out, I swear again and run to the classroom that I was in this morning. I try to open the door but it's locked, I look through the small window and I see Anna and my kids playing in a corner with flashlights giving some light.

I knock on the door and she looks up, I smile and she smiles back. She gets up and says

"the power went out not too long ago, unfortunately the doors are all locked because of the security system shortage"

I try the doorknob and again and ask

"is there a key somewhere?"

"no, no card keys work, the system is fried"

My wolf starts pacing in my head, he doesn't like that his mate is out of his reach. I look through the glass at her again and say

"step away from the door"

She frowns and backs up away from the door and she checks on Adam and Alex in the corner, my wolf paces even more knowing that his pups don't like being in the dark on stormy nights. I look over and see both of them clinging to her and some stuffed toys.

I feel my wolf coming to the surface and I quickly take a step back and using not too much force as to damage the door but just enough to break the lock I smash my foot into the door and it opens with ease.

I walk into the room and I see my boys rush over to me and jump into my arms. I hug them to me tightly and I feel their little legs wrap around my torso tightly as I get up and stand hugging them tightly. I look up and see Anna cleaning up some toys and I say

"Anna I'm so sorry, I didn't mean to be late and if only I had showed up on time you guys wouldn't have been stuck in here"

She smiles and shakes her head as she turns to me and says

"don't worry it's no problem, I got some work done before the lights went out and I love these two, they're so sweet and even though they have a lot of energy they're the best kids I've ever taught" 

She smiles at them and I swear I could die right there a happy man. She continues to clean the classroom and I help with the kids still tightly hugging me, Alex ended up falling asleep by the time we finished and Alex ended up going to Anna and making her pick him up and hold him.

I smile slightly and think, so far, this storm isn't that bad.
