chapter 30

Jason's POV

UGH!!!! I can't get Mason off my mind. I swear when I find the men I'm going to make them pay for touching a 12 year old little girl. That's rape, and no one is going to rape my little sister with out paying the price.

Currently I'm in bed with a sleeping Autumn in my arms. I couldn't go to sleep so I'm just laying here and hold ella while I think about Mason. I wonder what Alex is thinking about Mason.

Ella shift a little so now here head was on my bare chest. I try to shift a little because I was uncomfortable but it was no use. My thoughts were interrupted by a screaming sensation running threw the whole house.

I know that voice... MASON!!! I got up from ella's grip and not even caring if she's going wake up. I ran out the door and down the hall to Mason's room and ran threw the opening in the wall because I knocked her door down this morning.

I saw Mason having a nightmare in her sleep. She's screaming and tears were going down her face. She was rolling all over her bed and she keeps scream 'STOP!' Or PLEASE IM SORRY!'

I ran up to her and laid next to her down on the bed. I put my arm around her and put her tiny head on my chest and trying to calm her down.

"Shhh, it's okay. It's just a dream," I whispered in her sleeping ear. That's when she woke up and realized what was happening.

"J-Jason they t-touched, and I-I c-couldn't s-stop them," she cried in my chest.

"It's okay, I'm here. I'm never going to let anyone ever hurt you Mason." I whispered while rubbing her back soothingly.

"T-There w-were so m-many of them," she kept crying.

"It's okay, I'm right here. It's just a dream." I was still trying to calm her down as much as I could.

After about 20 minutes she fell asleep in my arms. I tried to get up as gently as possible and eventually I successfully made it. I walked out the door and saw Noah, Hayden, Logan, Tyler, Colton, Layne, Aiden, Sean, Matt, Reed, and Alex. When did they get here? They were really quite.

"What happened is she alright?" Asked Alex in a overly protective way.

"Yeah she had a nightmare that's all," I tried to make it sound like it was no big deal.

"About what?" Asked Tyler. Fuck.

"Nothing that important," I tried to ignore it. I don't really feel comfortable talking about this situation with my friends except for Alex because he her brother as well.

"Just tell us," said Colton.

"Fine, she got raped and now she's having nightmares about it," I said while giving them a annoying glare.

"Oh, is there anything we could do to help?" Asked Aiden.

"Kill the guys that did it to her," suggested Sean.

"Yeah, but for one we have no idea who it is," said Matt while giving Aiden a 'duh' look.

"I'll do anything to track down those bastards and kill them," I said threw my gritted teeth.

"Well, what ever your doing we'll be there right behind you." Said Reed. After our little conversation we all went back to bed.

I walked back into my room and went back to bed. Ella must of been awake because she quickly put her arm around me when I first laid down.

"How is she?" Ella asked while her eyes were closed and head was against my chest.

"She had a nightmare of those men touching her," I couldn't even say that word. It disgusts me.

"Is she okay?" Ella asked in her sleepy voice.

"No, she cried herself to sleep." I rubbed ella back.

"You should talk to her about it in the morning because stuff like that mentally damages a person." She said

"Shes way passed damaged," I whispered but ella heard me.

"Well yeah she's only 12 years old and she shouldn't have to ever go threw that," her voice faded so she must of been going to sleep.

"Go to sleep ella," I ordered gently. She must of nodded because soon after that I heard light snores coming out of her mouth. It was so cute. I stayed for a few more hours until I eventually called asleep.
