A Whole New Class (HTTYD X Reader)

Officially Part Of The Village

You woke up to something poking your face. You hit it lightly with your hand and rolled over. It jumped on you, nearly crushing you.

You opened your eyes and saw Nightmare on top of you. "Morning" you said. By now, all of the other dragons were awake. Mindreader walked over and pulled you up with her mouth. You smiled and petted her head.

"Now everyone, stay here until I return!" You said loudly. You hopped on Nightmare's back and took off. You head straight for the Village.

You made it there I a short amount of time and hid Nightmare. You snuck into Hiccup's house (you recently learned his name). You walked down stairs and saw Stoic about to leave.

"Sir, the dragons have arrived" you said with a bow. "Great! Now would be good time to introduce you to the village!" He responded. You nodded and followed him out the door.

Along the way, you got strange looks, you simply ignored them.

You soon arrived at the center of the village. You saw that almost all of the village was here. You fiddled with a hole in your large belt.

"I have a announcement!" Stoic shouted. Everyone stopped talking and turned their attention towards you and Stoic.

"We have a special person here that will be living here from now on! I will let her explain why she is here!" Stoic shouted.

You stepped up and bow slightly. "I am Y/n, daughter of Todsebringer. I will be the village's dragon crossbreeder. I have also brought along some new species to show you all" You said loud enough for everyone to her.

Everyone broke out in whispers and murmurs. You suddenly whistled loudly. Seconds later Nightmare was by your side. The dragons around you stared at Nightmare.

"This is Nightmare, she is my dragon, as you might be able to tell, she is a Nightfury and Skrill mix" you said.

~Time Skip~

After explaining some stuff to the villagers, a boy names Snotlout (?) showed you the house you would be staying at. Stoic also told you the he would start building a whole other stable type place to breed the dragons that were requested.

Right now, you are walking with Hiccup to the crater thing that has all of the new dragons.

"So, what is Strokson like?" Hiccup asked. "It's actually quite beautiful. There are dragons everywhere and the flowers there are gorgeous. Strokson was once known as 'The Land of the Flowers'" You said with a smile. "It sounds amazing" Hiccup said. You nodded.

You four soon made it to the area you wanted.

Hiccup stared at to dragons. He seemed to be the most interested in the Nightwings. You hopped down and caught there attention. "Ok, gather around, we're going to be leaving in pairs" you shouted.

Hiccup came down, followed by Nightmare and Toothless. The Crywing pair stepped up first. You nodded and hopped on Sapphires back. Hiccup stood there, not sure if he should get on.

"If you want, you can stay here and get to know the dragons better" you suggested. "Yeah, ill do that" Hiccup said" he said. You smiled and took off. Opal followed you and Sapphire while Nightmare stayed behind.

You soon saw the village up ahead. You looked back at Opal and nodded. You, Sapphire, and Opal landed little bit outside of the village.

You hopped off of Sapphire and started walking towards the training grounds. A few Terrible Terrors came along and started to annoy the Crywings. You laughed a little and continued on.

Crywings never really got along with TT (Terrible Terrors). When Crywings were first created, they actually hunted them for food. That all changed though, you got most of the to become fruit eaters. You also figured out that mangos make their scales shinier.

Back to the story.....

You three arrived to the training grounds. Stoic, Gobber, four blondes, Snotlout, and what you assumed to be there dragons. "So these are the first ones, tell us a bit about them" Gobber said.

"These are Crywings. They are a mixture of a Winged Emerald and a Slicer. The crest of its head gathers energy from the sun or any light source and then it shoots a energy beam similar to the DN (Deadly Nader).
They used to hunt TT, but that soon changed and they now eat fruit, though the two don't get along to well. Most of them are light blue but some can also be green or purple" You said.

One of the blondes (Fishlegs) walked up and held out his hand to Opal. Opal pushed his nose against his hand. "The scales are so smooth" the blonde said. You smiled and nodded. "Their scale are usually smooth, but if they are ruff then that is usually a sigh that they are sick or old. These two here are about 6 years old or in dragon years, 17" you said.

Sapphire walked over to one of the female blondes (Astrid) and rubbed her shout against her side. The blond jumped a little. "I think she likes you" you said with a chuckle.

"Where's Hiccup?" Stoic asked you. "Oh, he stayed behind with the other dragons" you said. Stoic was about to say something but was interrupted by Opal snorting loudly. You looked over and saw that a few TT had managed to get in and they started messing with Opal. You sighed. You climbed on top of Opal and gathered up the three TT and hopped down. You set them down.

"Sorry about that" you said. Stoic was about to speak again but was cut off by two things landing on your back.
