A Whole New Class (HTTYD X Reader)

Confusion and New Dragons?

A quick little thing I have to say, this takes place BEFORE the second HTTYD movie
Now on to the story!

Nightmare pinned the Nightfury to the ground and let out a ferocious roar that was loud enough to wake the whole village.

"Toothless!" The boy you fell on shouted. "Nightmare! Back down!" You said. Nightmare let out a low growl before rushing back over to you. She went behind you and growled at the boy.

The boy glared at you and asked, "Who are you!?". You smiled and looked him in the eye. "The names Y/n, and who might you be?" you asked.

"I don't have to answer that! Now state your business!" The boy said. You just now noticed that he had a small dagger in his right hand.

"Well, I heard that a Nightfury had been attacking your village so we came to check it out" you said, glancing at 'Toothless'. Nightmare curled her tail around your waist.

The boy looked at Nightmare and then back at you. "Well that Nightfury is no longer an issue, you should leave now" the boy said. You shrugged.

"Nah, I'm good, besides, I was also sent here for another reason" you said seriously. The boy looked at you, waiting for you to continue.

"I was sent here by my father, Todsebringer, I'm here to discuss something with the chief" you said. The boy thought for a minute. He glared at you again and went down stairs. The Nightfury had stayed behind, looking at Nightmare curiously.

Nightmare walked up to the Nightfury and sniffed him. The Nightfury was a little bigger than Nightmare, though, Nightmare's wings with larger than its.

You chuckled and went over to them. You held your hand out for the Nightfury to sniff. After a minute or so, the Nightfury licked your hands. You scratched behind its ear and rubbed its snout.

Started to examine the Nightfury. It had half of its tail fin gone, it was replaced with white red piece of fabric.

You soon heard to sets of footsteps coming up the stairs. You turned around and saw the chief and the boy. You walked over and bowed.

"Sir, I have a message from the chief of Strokson" you said, still bowing. You pulled out a small scroll that had a leather string keeping it closed.

You held it out for him to take and he did. You heard the scroll opening and you looked up.

"Dear Stoic,
I have sent my daughter to you to discuss urgent matters
As you may know, we have train the dragons in our area
But new ones are being breed by my daughter, Y/n
I will be sending some of the new breeds to your island
Also, I will let Y/n stay there if that is alright with you
If she agrees, she with make some crossbreeds on your island

Sincerely, Todsebringer" Stoic read aloud. The boy stared at you. Nightmare sat down beside of you.

Stoic stared at the letter. "Ok Y/n, you will be staying in this village, you will be known as our dragon breeder, I will also want information on these new breeds that will be arriving on my island" Stoic said.

You nodded and got up. You grabbed a book out of your pocket and flipped through a few pages.
You handed it to Stoic and pointed at the left page.

Y/n" Stoic read. "Once they arrive, I will show you there power" you said. Stoic looked at you and nodded. You hopped on Nightmare's back. "Once I am needed, find me in the forest" you said before taking off out of the open skylight.
