Will had never been on a motorcycle before. It was his first time and honestly? He was scared... No, scratch that. He was terrified, but he trusted Nico with his life.

Nico didn't know what Will's aversion to riding a motorcycle was all about. He had first started riding when he was 14. Besides, he was only going to take him around the block...

Will sighed. "Nico... are you qualified to ride? "
" Yes mom" Nico sassed. He began to start the engine. At the first touch of the handle bars, Will had tightened his grip on Nico's stomach.

" Could you loosen up there sunshine? You're starting to restrict my blood flow". Nico felt the grip loosen and with a shaky laugh in his ear, he heard "I love it when you talk medical with me".

A small smirk appeared on Nico's face at his boyfriend's words. "Could you not?". He secretly loved Will's deep sexy voice. "Alright... Are you ready to go?"

" As ready as I'll ever be..." Will said in a small voice. "You make it sound like a death sentence!" Nico chuckled.

The little italian started driving. He got about 10 miles away from the parking lot when he stiffened. Nico yelled over his shoulder to Will to take his helmet off. He claimed that he was feeling stuffed and couldn't see properly. Will did as he was told. He took the helmet off of his boyfriend's head and planted it straight onto his own. At this point, Nico gave Will a kiss on the cheek and told him he loved him. Will said I love you too.

Those were the last words Will Solace heard from Nico Di Angelo.
The accident took place on the 11th of December at 11.53 am.
The witnesses described the scene to be a gruesome car incident where only one of the two passengers on a black harley davidson survived, albeit with extensive external damage to his right arm and foot.

Cause of death: blunt force trauma.
Nico Di Angelo had died when his motorcycle hit a tree and both males had been propelled from the vehicle. They had both hit an oak tree. The survivor had worn a helmet, supposedly the driver's one.

Evidence shows that the brakes were shot on the vehicle and the driver knew that for a while as the road in which he had attempted to slow down or brake at had drops of brake fluid.

It is unknown whether this incident had been deliberate or not, but from the statement from the survivor, we can only assume that the driver had given his helmet to the other male in order to assure his safety.
