Ian and Seto both have OCD. Ian's is more mild than Seto's though.
Example:
Adam: *sighs* Ok Seto, I finally organized all the books in the library how you like them.
*Books are all organized on shelves according to number, height and color*
Seto: *looks through aisles and shrieks*
Adam: *worried* What's wrong?
Seto: YOU MIXED THE TURQUOISE BOOKS WITH THE TEAL ONES!!
