"Good morning girls. I hope the four hours of sleep you received last night was good because you won't be sleeping for almost fifteen and a half hours. We'll all periodically going to be taking shifts throughout the flight as pilot and co-pilots, alright? I also want to put it out there that the plane that I rented, was in fact a Bombardier, but a very old one. Don't worry it's in maintenance right now going through multiple check ups and tune ups. In fact, the shift leader told me that it's been in maintenance ever since I called last night and reserved the plane. So they should be done soon. I'm going to go run and get us some fuel real quick. Be back in a jiff," Mikayla said.
All the girls are standing outside the hangar with their suitcases, coats, hats, and gloves on. It's been a chilly morning and it's not expected to get any warmer until dusk.
"This is bull crap," Sasha said.
Joan turns and looks over at Sasha with a questionable look on her face.
"And why is it 'bull crap' Sasha? Because we're standing in the cold? In fact, I have no problem standing in the cold,"
Sasha looks back at Joan and starts to give her an attitude.
"Look old hag, I'm ten times skinnier than you are. You fat old lady,"
"You keep talking to me in that tone, I'll walk away and then you'll all be screwed. Did you know that we have to contact Air Traffic Control and give them our position and status of the plane every hour or so? Hmm, I didn't think so, so shut your trap and just wait. Mikayla said the plane will be done soon,"
Sasha continues to look at Joan with anger.
"You know what you old bi--,"
"Aye! What's all the fighting for?" Mikayla said.
Mikayla is walking out of the hangar where the plane is being pushed back.
"Alright girls, the planes done and ready to go. Let's get inside and boarded onto the plane. Then once we're all ready to go, they'll push us out of the hangar. Joan, if you don't mind. Would you like to take the lead?" Mikayla continued.
"I'd be honored to. Thank you Mikayla,"
And then Joan grabs her suitcase, pulls the handle up and starts walking. As she walks passed Sasha, she stops, looks at her and sticks her tongue out at her.
"Beat that Sasha," Joan says.
McKenna and Rebecca leap in front of Sasha to stop her from pouncing at Joan.
"SASHA! She's our only hope of saving Mikayla's husband. We're in this together, remember?" Rebecca said.
After Rebecca said that, she looked Sasha in the eyes, and winked at her.
"Wait? Why'd you wink at me?"
Rebecca rolls her eyes and whispers something into Sasha and McKenna's ears.
"Wow, I'm in Rebecca," McKenna said.
"Me too," Sasha said.
The three girls are now huddled up in a tiny circle discussing plans about something.
"Alright, now in mid flight Sasha you take out your laptop and hack the plane's systems, got it?"
"Wait! You plan on sabotaging the plan to save James? But why?"
"Why not?" Rebecca said.
"You don't know how much I dislike Mikayla and Joan. I'm glad we're all in this together,"
Mikayla is by the hangar door holding it open for the girls.
"Come on, it's getting more chillier by the minute. The sooner we take off the better, okay?"
