Missing: Chapter Eighteen

The screams sounded like they were coming from the inn across the street but none the less Yasashi and Shurui came bursting into our room.

"Are you two alright?" Yasashi asked worryingly

"Yeah were fine, I think the scream came from across the street." I assured him. Before anyone could say anything Kyashidi was getting up with her double ended spear in hand.

"Kyashidi, no if it is some one from Riza then we cant show our selves." Shurui said putting his hands on her shoulders.

"There in trouble and we can help." Kyashidi said in a desperate tone. I walked over to the window and saw there was already a crowd gathering around the inn.

"There's no point there are too many people out there now." I said trying to calm her down.

"Rebekah get down!" Yasashi screamed. There was a huge explosion at the inn across the road. I was on the ground covering my ears with Yasashi on top of me trying to protect me from the blast. I opened my eyes to see the windows were smashed and there was a huge fire where the inn should be. I got up and saw a figure standing in the midst of the flames.

"People of Illyria!" The woman called as more people gathered around the fire."I am in search of four people who have gone missing. Two girls and two boys. Find them and bring them to me otherwise I shall kill one person every night." The woman called and with that she disappeared.

After the lady disappeared the town went into mayhem. People were running away to find shelter or to help anyone inside the inn. I felt hands on my shoulder. I turned around and saw Yasashi staring glossy eyed at the fire that was in front of us. Behind us Kyashidi and Shuri were sitting together on the floor with the same look in there eyes. We were in trouble.
