Normal ninjas are the most all round athletic and skilful ninjas these are the type that you can't get away from it's impossible. These are the ones with the fricken katana's and run bent down and with their arms dragging behind them. (In my opinion these ninjas are fricken amazing and are the greatest thing to happen to Japan ant the world around it.)
This book will more than likely be more nonsense than what tabloids tell you.
