These are the ninjas that are from a non-Japanese country that classify them selfs as Japanese (basically Wapanese) these guys watch anime and eat Japanese food they are obsessed with Japanese things. But his case is when they try to be a ninja they are not skilled and do not have good swordsman ship and they can't run very fast.
