Nightmares

You hear Dan snoring loudly next to you. Dan doesn't seem like he would snore a lot, you thought to yourself. You nuzzled up to him still petrified. What if he finds out tonight. I won't survive... You thought.

You slowly drifted off to sleep, and then came the nightmares.
Pitch black.

You woke up shaking.

You got up and turned on the lounge television.
The light stabbed your eyes like tiny little knives. It was the news. You went to the fridge and got vegan cheese. You put that, mustard, and Black Forest ham on a slice of white bread. You nibbled little bites on it as flavours exploded in your mouth.
