(Im Jae Bum POV)
"Wahh!! I'm having so much fun today. Thanks to you!" Hyo Mi smiled and chuckled a little. I did not know why i felt happy around her. She was very cheerful and outgoing.
"No problems! Next time is yours," i joked and she showed a poker face. We laughed.
We were on our way home but first i sent her home because i could not bare to look her walking home alone. While walking down the alley, we were quiet for a moment. I decided to steal a glance at her and then looked away once she turned to me.
"We are here! Thanks for today! Meet you tomorrow, maybe? Bye, " She chuckled and waved walking to her main house gate.
I waved back at her while walking backward. Smiling like crazy.
(Shin Hyo Mi POV)
"What is happening?" I saw students gathering in front of the noticeboard. I walked towards and read.
"National Sports Competition collaboration this Friday with BOYS SCHOOL?!!" my eyes widened the moment i read the last part of the sentence. Are they being serious? This was the first time girls' school and boys' school having the same events...together.
There were various type of sports we could participate;
1. Captain's Ball
2. Basketball
3. Floorball
4. Frisbee
5. Badminton
6. Soccer
7. Dodgeball
We were required to sign up online for one sports and so i have had decided. FLOORBALL! It was one of my favourite sports.
I took out my phone and registered for FLOORBALL. There were still lots of slots available for that sports. Most people chose basketball because it was popular sports.
"Hyo Mi! What sports did you choose? I chose Basketball and i really hope Mark would choose that too and we can be in the same team," Ji Hyo came and put her arms on my shoulder. I chuckled at her behaviour and nodded to what she had just said.
"I signed up for floorball," i replied. She knew that i liked floor-ball so much since i played it before when i was 11 years old.
*vibrate*
I got a text messages from JB
JB: Hey! I heard my school and yours would be collaborating for the National Sports Competition. What sports did you choose?
Me: i chose my favourite, floorball.
JB: Noted.
A few minutes later, i headed to class for lessons. I sat at my seats and heard groups of girls whispering. I could hear they whispered my name.Not long after, they approached me.
"Yah! Hyo Mi-ah! Can we ask you something?" they looked at me arrogantly. Tsk. What do they want?
"Sure...what is it?" I replied po..lite..ly.
"Are you very close with JB? How can you guys know each other? Are you guys...perhaps..dating?" Sorts of questions came out from their mouth and it was kind of irritating.
"We are just friends," they made a "pheww" sound and back to their seats. Sighed.
"Please remember to hand in by tomorrow. Class dismissed. I packed up my things and off to home.
I walked along the corridor and saw a mix of male and female students playing floorball. Probably, they were practicing for this Friday's. I walked towards them and they stopped staring at me, wondering why i came.
"Hi! Can i join?" they smirked.
"Girl like you, do you think you can play?" They laughed out loud and i was embarrassed. However, i showed my courage and took one of the floorball sticks on the ground.
"Let's play," i challenged. The game started and i played really well as i scored many times. They were shocked.
"Omg! You're good! You can join our team and let's win this game," they high five with me.
"Can we join too?" A familiar low voice was heard.
