{Cas's POV}
I walk through the front door to our New York apartment. The television is playing and I see a head full of light hair showing over the couch.
I slowly make my way to the figure, staying silent. Finally, I bend down and kiss Dean on the cheek.
"It took you long enough," Dean laughs.
I roll my eyes and move to sit on the sofa with him. "It's been one day."
I study Dean's face; I haven't seen him this young in fifty years. He sees what I'm doing and grins.
"How does it feel to be twenty again?" he wonders.
"Weird. I'll get used to it though."
"You will." He kisses me like he used to when we were still kids. "You were a kindergarten teacher," he tells me when we break apart.
I nod. "And you were a writer. Jeez, I bet Louise thought we were crazy."
"We were. But we remember everything now." He brushes his lips across my knuckles. "I'm not forgetting anything else, ever again."
I close my eyes as Dean starts kissing my collarbone. "It feels like this is how everything was supposed to end." Dean trails kisses up my neck. "Like we were always meant to be together."
He pauses by my ear. "We were a match made in heaven," he whispers, sending chills down my spine.
I pull him down onto me and kiss him like we have all eternity. And we do.
