Curse Of Leo Valdez{Leo's Memories}

~Chapter 9-Ran away and Jen~

Third Person POV

Scene changed.

Leo was in front of school.He was waiting for his foster family to pick him up.He was bored.He was looking around and saw dark alley. Idea came to him.Before anybody could see him,he ran into the dark alley.He didn't stop running until he was running for 30 mimites.Leo looked relaxed.He cheked his bag. He had a Mars candy bar,clean T-shirt,sime books and 20 dollars.Leo smiled.
"This will do.For now."-he said.
"Spread around!Kid is small, Latino!He could not get far away!"-Leo hear police officer yelling.Leo paniced.He looked around and saw sewerage entrance.He jumped in and start running in sewer.He stopped when he saw clean one.He looked at his watch.It was 9p.m.He took his clean T-shirt and put it over his shirt.He put his bag as pillow and went to sleep.

"You weren't kidding when you said you slept in sewer before!"-Jason yelled.
"First time you ran away?"-Hazel asked.
Leo nodded.
"How many time did you ran away?"-Esperanza asked.
Six.-Leo said.
"My poor hijo."-Esperanza said.

Leo wake up.He took his clean shirt and put it on bag.He left the sewer. He was going to the bus stop,buy ticket to get away.He noticed date on poster.Jul,7th.
"Happy birthday,Leo."-he said.
He went to the ticket office.
"On ticket to San Francisco."-he said.
"Boy,where are your parents?"
"Mom already got the ticket,she is there."-he pointed at group of ladies-"and we are visiting dad.He works in San Francisco."
Old man nodded and he gave Leo ticket.Leo was about to go on train, when police showed up.Leo tried to hide in crowd,but police spoted him.When they finaly got him,they put him in car.

"Why you ran away?"-one police officer asked.
Leo said nothing.
"Why?"
Leo again said nothing.
Police officer was getting furious. Car stopped in front of some new house.
"This is your new home kiddo.Don't ran away."-secon police officer said named John said.(A/N:police member named John,kiddo,ring a bell?)

After couple months

Leo was playing in garden with some kids.They were playing hide and seak.Leo looked happy.
"Leo!Dinner time!"-female voice yelled.Leo ran to the house.Blond female with green eyes kissed him on forehead.
"Let's eat.I have news for you."
Leo nodded.After dinner he looked at woman,waiting for news.
"Leo,you are going to be big brother."-she said.Leo froze.
"You are pregnant?"
She nodded.
"That's cool!Boy or girl?"
"Boy."
"Cool."-he said and hugged female.
She looked suprised and hugged him back.

This was first time since she adopted me that I hugged her.I could never bound with foster parents.I guees because I felt guilty.-Leo said.

After couple more months

Baby' cry was very loud.Leo wake up and he went to chek baby.He took baby in his hands and started to calming baby down.When baby calmed down,Leo put him back in his cradle.

"Awwww."-Aphrodite said.
"Where are parents?"-Hera asked.
They never chek baby when he cried. This became kind of routine for me. After some time,they figured out that Scott is their baby and they literaly did everything with him.They didn't let me play with him or touch him,'cause I could infect him.-Leo said.

After more couple months

Leo was with his adoptive parents.He tried to tell them something,but they acted like he isn't there.Scene changed.It showed similar situation.Scene changed again.

Leo came back from scholl.He entered house.He came into kitchen and took something to eat.He went to his room.
"They went again.Witouth note. Again.Are they ignoring me?They are.Is it my fault?Probably.Am I going to ran?Yes I am.Am I talking to myself?Yes I am.Why?Because I need to talk to someone smart."

Some demigods cracked smile on this.

Leo packed some chloset in bag,took some food,money,blanket and his notebook.He was taking his tools when he accidentaly cut himself with knife.You could see suprise on Leo's face.He felt pain.

"Don't!"-demigods,Esperanza and Calypso yelled.

He cutted again and clean the knife.He warped his hand with some bandage.He left knife in house and went to bus station.He put some funky hat on his head and buy ticket to New York City,Manhattan.
While he was driving,he looked trought the window and said:
"Happy birthday,Leo."

Aphrodite started crying and Calypso joined her with Esperanza and Hazel.

Scene changed.

Leo was 10, almost 11 years old.He was walking around when he saw young girl attacked by gang.She was fighting good,but there were too many of them.
"Hey!Big,fat,stupid idiots!"-Leo yelled.

"He is brave."-Hestia said.

Gang turned from girl and went to Leo.Leo fight with them and girl joined them.Leo and girl were both covered in brusies and blood when they maniged to ran.They stoped running and Leo went into sewer.
"Are you comming or not?"-Leo said and girl nodded.They came to part of sewer which was obviusly Leo's place,because there was improvised bed there.Girl was tall with long blond hair and blue eyes.

"Jen."-Hermes,Percy and Annabeth said.
She is demigod.-Leo said.
"My daughter.She died in Second Titan War."-Hermes said.

"What's your name?"
"Jen.Actually, it's Jennifer,but call me Jen.Yours?"
"Leo."
Girl was freezenig and Leo gave her blanket.
"Why?"
"What why?"
"Why are you helping me?"
"Hey,us ran aways gotta stick together,don't we?"-Leo said in cheerful tone.Girl laughed.
"Thank you."
