Epilogue

Two years. Two terrible years. That's how long it took for everything to go to hell.

Jason fell more in love with the stapler each passing day. He sang to it and wrote poems of his love everyday. He tried his best. Tried to make it love him back, but the stapler was too engrossed with it love for the brick to notice or care.

After a year of pining after his unrequited love, Jason fell into insanity. His cries were heard all over camp half-blood. And he was angry. Oh so angry. At himself for falling so deep in love. At the stapler for not accepting his love. And most of all, at his ex-girlfriend. Piper.

If she tried more I wouldn't have fallen for the stapler. Her fault.

In reality, it wasn't Piper's fault at all. But Jason was so insane, he didn't care. One night, he killed her. That was what finally shook him out of his madness. He killed a person. Took away her life. All the life in her colourful eyes were gone. Because of him. Later that night, Jason Grace ran away. He was never seen again.

Now let's not forget about the brick. Poor brick. It had to watch the man it loved grow insane for something else. It had to watch him disappear and turn into someone else. But it still loved him. Oh it did. So when Jason disappeared, it destroyed the poor brick. It stopped thinking. Became just another brick.

The stapler lost everything. It lost Jason. Someone it cared about deeply, while not loving him. And then it lost it's true love. Everytime it tried to speak to the brick, it never replied. Just silent. Hollow.

So now it had nothing. No Jason, no brick. All it had was the hippy Zeus statue in the center of the cold room.

And then one day the stapler met the same fate as the brick. Became just another blue stapler.

So that's what happened. A good man fell insane and committed murder. And two objects lost everything that made them what they were. All because of a silly love triangle.

And that's a wrap! The reason I made this part is because a whole bunch of people (one person) asked for an epilogue. So I decided to make the most heartbreaking epilogue ever to be made for a story about a love triangle featuring two inanimate objects and a demigod. Yay! I had to dig deep into my weirdest thoughts to write this. Hope your happy.
