Prolouge

a year later.

October 20th.

a look back at the past year>

Lucius and I were married on October 20th, it was close to Halloween so we decided to theme the ceremony as a masquerade.

the wedding was held outside of Hogwarts castle, Lucius and I stood in front of the Reverend facing each other. One hand held the fiance as the other held up a mask.

the autumn wind blew orange and brown leaves over the small crowed and passed our feet as we started at each other.

Lucius wore black with a dark orange and black vest over this white shirt, his large black coat however covered most of his clothes.

I wore a black Transylvanian dress, wrinkle style with long wided sleeves.

things were silent until, "by the Magic vested in me.. I pronounce you, Mr. and Mrs. Lucius Malfoy.." the Reverend sealed the marriage.

Lucius removed his mask slowly with a smile as I followed by doing the same.

we kissed as Snape, Dumbledore and the others smiled with applause.

Stephanie and Lilian ran to us happily as Draco and the others joined slowly behind.

I caught them in my arms and hugged them tightly.

a celebration was held that day..

the present day>

walking through the green foyer of the residence I now call home, I stopped at the couch and touched a suitcase.

"Draco! Time to go! we don't want to be late!" I shouted to him upstairs.

Lucius walks swiftly through the foyer in my direction, "Draco listen to your mother, we don't want to have a late start to the new school year now do we?" he softly yelled and kisses my head.

I smiled and turned to face him while stroking back my hair, he grinned back slightly.

"coming!" Draco shouted politely while scurrying downstairs in a white flannel and black pants.

Lucius looks up at him.

"you're hardly dressed, grab your things. we don't want to be late for Dumbledore's morning speech.." I chuckled under my breath and smiled.

I bent over and picked up another suitcase, "I'm off to work.." Lucius commented happily.

I hugged him and gave him a kiss then followed Draco to the door.

"give me something for good luck!" he shouted playfully.

I turned around as I stood in the doorway creating flower petals in my right palm then blew on them causing them to fly towards him.

he reached out and snatched them mid air and put them to his heart smiling.

I grinned in response then shut the door, Lucius approaches the fireplace and steps inside.

he chants his desired location and disappears into green dust.

Draco and I however were traveling to Hogwarts by carriage, I loaded our bags and we were off.

as we traveled, Draco finished getting properly dressed.

when we arrived I left our bags and carriage in the hands of Mr. Filch, so that we could join the rest of the school in the great hall.

I let Draco walk to his seat while I joined the teachers at the head table.

when I arrived and sat down, Snape and I shared a hug.

"how have you been with your new life?" Snape asked with his arms folded.

"like a dream.. I never thought I'd be this happy." I replied after sipping orange juice.

"However.. I've been feeling a change in energy around the house. Draco at times will act different. he'll become distant sometimes.." I added suspiciously.

I stayed silent for a second, I shook my head.

"I'm probably worrying over nothing.." I folded my arms.

Snape nodded, "you probably are, you shouldn't worry yourself." he assured.

"the girls missed you, they'll be excited to see you in class today.." he added softly.

"I'm sure they have, I'm looking forward to seeing them too.." I replied sincerely.

in a split second Dumbledore tapped on his glass to begin his speech.

I and Snape responded by turning our heads in his direction.

after the Headmasters welcoming speech.. Snape and I headed to the classroom.

we entered, the students were seated quietly.

when I walked in, "Sakakura Malfoy!" the girls shouted and ran to me.

I giggled, since Lucius and I got married I was given a new nickname by the girls. 'Sakakura Malfoy' they called me. I smiled.

I hugged them tightly, "you've both grown, I see your father has been taking good care of you." I was amazed at how tall they've gotten.

"It hasn't been the same without you." Lilian closed her eyes and smiled.

"no, it hasn't. come take your seats.. class is going to begin soon.." I hurried them calmly.

at that moment, another dangerous year was beginning... a darkness has birthed with a vengeance.

Authors note: I have been thinking about making a Sequel to my original (Lucius Malfoy x Reader) so, I came up with an interesting plot just recently. I took the time to write three parts and publish them to see how it goes.. so here they are. maybe you'll find it intriguing ;)

further more: This was a lot of work, and i took a lot of time thinking. so please always be patient for updates. I promise you my stories will eventually be updated but it's a lot of work and takes a great amount of time to plot, write, and edit. I want to make sure nothing is missed and everything lines up..
