"That dress looks AMAZING on you!" Rachel sang as Athena walked out of the dressing room. Athena rolled her eyes as she looked in the mirror.
"You've said that about the past three dresses," Athena muttered as she twirled in a circle. Rachel shrugged.
"Yeah, that's because all three dresses have looked amazing on you!" She argued. Athena groaned in annoyance.
"I need to find a dress. The dance is in less than five hours and we have a hair appointment in an hour and half." Rachel rolled her eyes.
"Don't get your panties in a twist, we've already picked out your dress, Spencer and I. I've just been enjoying watching you try each dress on."
Athena spun around to look at her. "What?"
She stood, nodding at the girl behind the counter. The girl disappeared through a door. "Well, I was here yesterday with Spencer and we found a dress that we both thought that would look great on you."
"Then why the hell have you been sitting there for two hours watching me try on useless dresses when you already chose my dress for me?"
"Because I have a feeling that you don't get to do this very often," She stated, stepping closer to Athena.
"We don't have time for this!" Athena groaned. Rachel rolled her eyes as the girl handed her a dress. Handing Athena the dress Rachel smiled.
"Go try it on," Rachel demanded. Shaking her head in annoyance, Athena stalked into the dressing room and shimmed out of the dress she already had on and threw it over the door, hearing an oomph from Rachel. Slipping into the dress she pulled it over her head and pulled it down till it was fitted correctly on her. Looking in the mirror she laughed.
"I see why you two chose this for me. It's awfully sparkly," She commented, looking at the price tag. "And awfully expensive." Stepping out into the common area, Rachel smiled.
"Look in the mirror." Glancing in the mirror, Athena admired the way the dress fit her slim body. The dress was nothing but complete sparkles, but a collaboration of colors. The top was tight fit, glued to her body.
"It's a breath taking dress, no doubt about it. But then again, I don't have the money to pay for this." Glancing at the price once more, she winced.
"Don't worry," The young manager said from behind the two of them. "It was already paid for." Athena turned around, her jaw dropping.
"By who?" Even though she already knew the answer, she wanted the verbal confirmation.
"I'm not sure. But it was paid for yesterday." Athena laughed in disbelief.
"We need to get going, we have a nail appointment at four, a hair appointment at four forty five and then we have to meet the boys at six thirty at Spencer's place for pictures and then we're going out for dinner." Athena nodded, and stepped into the dressing room. Gently taking off her dress, she hung it up on the hanger and pulled her jeans on. After yanking on her shirt, she smoothed her hair and slipped on her flats.
"Ready?" Athena asked, the dress in hand.
"I'll take that," The worker said, taking it out of her hand.
"We're having them delivered to my house. They are going to clean them and dry them and do whatever they do to make them look nice. They'll be at my house before we even get there," Rachel explained. Athena nodded slowly, slightly confused. "We have to go our we'll be late for our next appointment." Athena slung her purse over her shoulder. On the way out the door, Athena smiled at the worker and thanked her before running to catch up with Rachel. Sliding into Rachels camero, Athena buckled her belt.
