~~Luke's POV~~

An awful crashing sound rang through the speaker on my phone as I continued to scream for Lia.  No response so I hung up and dialed 911.

"911 What's you emergency?" the dispatcher asked.

"I was on the phone with my friend.  She said someone was following her then they hit her car.  Then I heard a crash.  I don't know where she is," I said at the fastest speed my mouth would go.  Tears streaming down my cheeks.

"Ok, sir, I'm going to need you to calm down, take a deep breath, and repeat what happened," the male voice calmly said on the other end of the line. I repeated myself at a much slower pace so he could understand me.  I threw on some sweats, my hoodie, my socks and then my Vans then ran to Whitney's.  "Ok sir, We have a reported crash.  But there is no way for me to know if it's your friend.," the man spoke as I pounded on Whitney's front door.

"Ok well if I give you her roommates information can you call when you find out?" I asked pounding harder waiting for someone to open.

"I'm sorry sir.  But I can give the officers your information since you were on the phone with her while it happened and they can call you and go from there," he offered.  I agreed pounding again with more tears falling from my eyes with each second.  "What is your friend's name?" he asked.

"Lia," I replied just as Whitney opened the door.  Her eyes shot open at the sight of me crying on her doorstep and Lia's name choking out of my lips.

"I will pass this along Mr. Hemmings.  Try to stay calm," he said kindly.

"Thanks," I said before hanging up and going inside.

"Luke what's wrong" Whitney asked.

"Lia...sh...sh...she was in..ina...ina...in a wreck," I cried.

"What!" she gasped loudly.

"The officers are going to call me when they find her," I explained putting my hands over my face.

"Find her?  What the hell do you mean when they find her?" she asked a little angry.

"Well I didn't know what highway she was on so they have to wait until someone reports the accident that involves her," I explained still covering my face.

She started pacing back and forth tears now rushing down her face as she bit at her fingers.  "What was she doing on a highway anyways?" she finally asked after about 5 minutes of silence.

"I don't know," I replied following her as she paced.

"DON'T FUCKING LIE TO ME LUKE!!!" she yelled stopping and facing me.

I jumped a bit as she caught me off guard.  "I'm not.  She said she wanted coffee and she went...." I started saying before my phone started ringing.  Without looking I just answered.  "Hey Calum....Over at Whitney's," I said.

"What the fuck is all the yelling about?" Zayn shouted walking down the stairs running his hand through his hair clearly pissed off.

"Yeah!  You woke us up!" Harry growled coming from the hallway with Niall right on his heels.

Calum was talking to me and I was trying ,y best to listen to him but then Whitney started in.  "Calum you and the other 2 need to get here now!" I said hanging up quickly.

~~Louis' POV~~

"You!!! You fucking assholes are to blame for this!!" Whitney yelled as Liam and I walked down the stairs.

"What the hell are you even talking about dumbass?" I asked grumpy from being rudely awakened.

"So help me Louis I'll bash your face in if you talk to me like that," she threatened through clenched teeth.
