Trevor's POV

Breakfast was silent I'm guessing they really want to know. "Ok" I said breaking the silence. "Now tell us the story, I need to know" Daya said.

"Fine this is what happened, Diggy was drunk at his party and he saw these people he didn't know ad they were carrying guns, then they asked him to do something's with them. So they gave a gun and told him to follow them. They went to 4 random houses which were ours, but he was drunk so he didn't know they were our parents" I explained.

"So he gonna just stay in jail because he could get in trouble for 2 things if he explains his story, for being underage and drunk,also for murder" Tristan stated.

"Yep" I replied. "Well I guess he's screwed" Tristan said.

"Pretty much, I really want to help him somehow" I said sadly.

Then they all looked at me like I was crazy. "What just because he did that doesn't mean he's not my friend".

"But babe he killed our parents-" Zendaya tried saying but I cut her off. "He was drunk" I said.

"That doesn't fix it does it, besides if he just followed the law and not have alcohol at his party and not get drunk this wouldn't have happened wouldn't it" Zendaya stated.

"I agree, with Daya if he just didn't get drunk our parents wouldn't be dead right now" Bella said

"He's one of my best friends, and he-

" I know he's my friend too, but he made the choice to drink that night and get drunk, I'm sorry but I'm gonna have to side with the girls on this one" Tristan said.

"But, but, but-" said trying to say something but I couldn't

"Trev just face it you know we're right and you agree with us, and I know it's hard for you, but this has to happen" Zendaya said.

"Yes, I know, but I'm just gonna miss him" I said sadly.

"Trial isn't until a month so let's just not talk about it till trial" Bella suggested

"That's ok" I said.

"We should all do something fun to get our minds off the topic" Zendaya suggested.

"Yes that's a good idea, but where" Tristan asked.

"Ooo I know where Water World" Bella said

"That's a wonderful idea I love that place and I haven't been there in a year!" Zendaya exclaimed.

"Water World it is" Tristan said"

"Well Tristan and I have to go home get ready and also get Crystal ready" Bella said while dragging Tristan out the door.

"Well I'm gonna go do the same thing, and you should to" Zendaya told me.

"Fine, lets go get ready" I said.

20 minutes later

"ZENDAYA, HURRY UP WERE GONNA BE LATE PICKING UP BELLA AND TRISTAN" I yelled

"Hold your horses I'm almost done" she said while fixing her hair then walking out of the room "happy now" she said

"Very, now let's go" I said

We picked up Bella, Crystal and Tristan and I drove us to Water World.

Zendaya's POV

We got to Bella's house and picked all of them up. When Bella, and Crystal got in the backseat of the car I was like "Aww Crystal looks so cute in her bathing suit" I squealed.
