Fire raced across the stars augmenting the splendor of the fire and ice that rained from the cliffs. Eclipse watched as the stars swirled and danced, gradually moving closer and closer to her. She dipped her head in respect as an ancestry soon stood before her. "Welcome Dusk of the Swirling Star," she said. "what instructions do you have for me?"

"Why are you acting so formal?" asked Dusk, raising an eyebrow. "Never mind," she muttered, waving her hand to dismiss the question before Eclipse could answer.

They moved to sit at a table that sat next to a river of lava and a cliff that made one gape at the site before them. "Eclipse, dark times are coming for the packs," Dusk said picking up a pastry from the table. "Is this about the humans," asked Eclipse.

"Yes and no. The human world is bereft of soul dew which in their case lets more natural disasters occur. The few humans who know of our existence give us for it is an Arcane's or werewolf's job to preserve the order between heaven, earth and hell but the main problem is that their impure souls adulterate an Arcanes heart and soul and within the heart the soul dew that lives within everyone of us and what we must give to the earth-"

"Wait, so you're saying that a humans scorn and envy can ultimately destroy us!" exclaimed Eclipse, holding up her hands. "Their emotions of hate and lust will rot us from the inside out! Without our soul dew even we die, its the energy of our entire race! Its what allows us to shift!"

"Precisely why we must deploy Xyra into the human world world to set things straight and bring balance back into the world. I know Xyra doesn't think humans can be trusted and I to believe that they are sly snakes waiting to strike but what else can we do?" Dusk sighed. "And just between you and me I cant wait to see what guise Xyra will put up to kill those fool," she laughed.

Eclipse felt shocked at what her ancestor had just said. She knew none of her previous kin had had really like humans but they kept their hate to themselves. She turned her face dour as she said this to her ancestor. "Humans deserve to live just as we do. No matter what pain they caused us in the past, it must be forgotten now,"

During her speak Dusk's face had turned dark. Her usually cheerful eyes were now cold and depth less. Dusk growled dangerously as she brought her face inches from Eclipse's. "That ideal will be the end of you."

Eclipse gulped and then suddenly it was over. Dusk's eyes were back to normal as she patted her kin's head. "The fortitude of Xyra and the few that she chooses will decide our fate," she said as she began to fade. "25 must become 7 and hell shall rule all dimensions,'/

Eclipse let out a breath she didn't realize that she had been holding. She was glad that her kin had left but the prophecy that she had for told was gong to be the end of the world. She could feel it.
