New Beginnings

The Movie Shoot

Akiko's POV

We were all walking together towards Shining's office. I wonder what he would want from us. We arrived at his door and Mikaze-senpai knocked on it.

"Coooome iiiiiin!" Shining cried.

"You wanted to see us President," I asked.

"Yes I did," he replied. "There is a movie that Mr. Mikaze is going to be starring in. Miss Akiko you will be playing the love interest of the story, while you, Mr. Kurusu and Mr. Shinomiya, will be playing the friends of the main character."

"When does the shooting for the movie start?" I questioned.

"It starts tomorrow," Shining answered. "Also, you must write a duet for you and Mr. Mikaze to perform in the movie."

"I have to write a duet!" I exclaimed. Shining nodded. "What about school?"

"You have been excused," Shining explained. "That is all."

We left his office. I headed for the practice room to look over the script and try writing this duet. I read over the movie script and it was about boy who won't let anyone into his world. Then, these two others guys hear him sing a song and try to befriend him. The love interest was his childhood friend who saw him grow up and she knows why he closed up. When he begins opening up to these two new people, he realizes his feelings for the girl. So, Mikaze-senpai is playing the main character and Syo and Natsuki are playing the friends. The duet I'm writing will be played during the dramatic part where the two are trying to figure out their feelings for each other.

I didn't have much time to write because Mikaze-senpai still insists on us following his schedule of sleeping at 9 pm. I went to get ready for bed and fell asleep.

-The Next Day-

Syo, Natsuki, Mikaze-senpai, Haruka, and I were heading to the set. Haruka was writing one of the songs that Mikaze-senpai was singing and I am writing the duet. I tried really hard to write something down last night, but I couldn't think of anything. This was a real big songwriting block that I am having. Haruka had easily written her song, but I can't seem to figure out how to write mine.

Mikaze-senpai was doing a scene by himself right now. It is amazing how he never messes up in his acting or his lines. I wish I could be like that.

-Time Skip-

We had a break right now. Haruka and I were walking down the hallways together. As we walked, we saw Mikaze-senpai outside in the rain practicing. Just then, he collapsed. Haruka and I ran to him.

"Are you OK, Mikaze-senpai?!?" I cried.

"Let's bring him inside," Haruka suggested. I nodded and we carried him in. On the way to his room, we bumped into Natsuki and Syo and they helped us carry Mikaze-senpai to his room. We laid him down on the bed and Haruka began to call the doctor, but then I heard a beep and saw a line in Mikaze-senpai's eyes. What is this?

"So, now you know that I am an android," Mikaze-senpai stated.

"You're an android!" I cried. He nodded. He told us about how Shining had created the perfect robot idol. I nodded, letting this new information sink in. I guess that does make sense though. He is like a younger version of Kyoya-senpai. I was just standing there and thinking until someone interrupted my thoughts.

"Akiko, why are you still here?" Mikaze-senpai asked.

"Oh! I'm sorry! Do you want me to leave?" I panicked.

"No it is fine." he replied.

"Are you going to be OK for the rest of the shoot today?" I asked.

"I will be fine. Why do you guys worry about me so much?" he questioned.

"What kind of question is that? Of course I would care about you. You are my senpai and my friend," I answered.

"You consider me your friend?" Mikaze-senpai asked.

"Of course I do," I replied. "Everyone at the Master Course and Host Club are my friends!" I gave him an assuring smile. I just figure out what to write for the song! "Excuse me, Mikaze-senpai, I must get going. I just thought of a great idea for our duet."

Ai's POV

What is this feeling? I know it is a human emotion, so that is probably why I don't understand it. I can't explain it. Every time I am near Akiko my stomach feels funny and I just want to protect her in any way possible. I don't want anyone near her and I want her to only be with me. So what is this feeling?

We continued the shoot for the movie. It went pretty smoothly. Syo and Natsuki weren't messing up as much as they did before. They all helped me through my little malfunction today. I don't know what to call that.

You consider me your friend.

Yes, that is what it is called. Friends.
