The Kiss

Ai's POV

I watch as Akiko is doing her best to complete the duet that she was assigned. She is so amazing sometimes. The way she smiles and looks people in the eye when she is talking. Also, how she is always caring towards others and so hard-working even though she is barely a teenager. There is just something I can't figure out. Why is it that every time I look into her eyes I feel like I am going to over heat?

The director called us to begin shooting again. Akiko and I did our scenes together perfectly. I understand why I am doing it perfectly, but I have never seen another human being able to do it as well as myself. Even Syo and Natsuki are messing up less. I wonder why.

Also, Akiko doesn't seem to really care that I am an android. There are some who I have told who were freaked out at first. Just like that idiot, Reiji. I want to know if she thinks any different of me. Why not just ask?

I walked up to Akiko. "Hey Akiko?" I asked.

"Yes, Mikaze-senpai," she replied.

"Do you think it is weird that I am an android?" I questioned. She looked at me for a second and smiled.

"Of course not! Sure, I was surprised at first, but who wouldn't be? I think that it is really cool that I know an android! I want to learn more about you, Mikaze-senpai," she answered excitedly. I didn't know that she felt this way.

Nagi's POV

I was practicing with Eicchi and Kira, but I was really distracted. I couldn't think about anything else but Akiko. Her blonde hair just flashes into my mind and her grey eyes pop into my brain. I don't know how I am supposed to express these feelings to her. She is really nice to everyone.

"Nagi pay attention!" Eicchi yelled for the umpteenth time.

"I'm sorry, I was distracted again," I replied.

"You don't want to lose to that groups of hooligans again do you?" Eicchi screamed. "Get of that cloud of yours and start practicing!"

"Whatever Eicchi," I answered.

Akiko's POV

Mikaze-senpai and I were practicing lines together.

"I can't live without you," I recited.

"Of course you can. You are better without me. I don't need anyone," Mikaze-senpai said.

"You need to put some more emotion into it," I told him.

"But love is one of those feelings that I don't have much data on," Mikaze-senpai replied. "Why don't you explain it to me?"

"Umm, well, when you are in love you feel a strong connection towards someone. Every time you are around that person you feel like you are just going to melt into a puddle of mush. You have butterflies in your stomach every time you are around them," I explained. "To be honest I'm not really that sure. I've never been in love before."

"I know that feeling," Mikaze-senpai said.

"You do?" I asked. "With who?"

"With you." he replied and leaned in for a kiss. I was surprised and just at that moment Syo and Natsuki walked in. Syo and I turned beet red.

"Why do your faces look like your going to burn?" Mikaze-senpai asked.

"N-nothing," we replied.
