You opened the letter knowing Sai was asleep in his closet. You began to read it.
Dear (Y/n) (l/n),
This is Sai's past. He was abused by his owners before you and not given food for days at a time. He has five other siblings including me. Sai was the first to get taken away from where we live. He was forced to go away. Give a heads up to Sai say his big bro Toshiro is coming to get you two.
Y/n P.O.V
I dropped the letter as my closet opened. Sai stood there rubbing his eyes. "Master is the storm gone?" He asked tiredly. "Yeah and I got a letter from I guess your brother Toshiro." I said innocently. Sai turned pale. "What did he say!" Sai asked. "He said that all your siblings missed you and that he was coming to get us. Did you escape your previous Masters Sai?" I asked. "I don't want you knowing about them yet." He said his tail drooping. He then hugged me. "Let's just say Master don't ignore me and you won't die a death like they did." He said snuggling into the croon of my neck.
