I quickly sit up as I hear the alarm ring. What a dream killer. I was dreaming of myself flying into the blue sky and going through the puffy clouds.

Well I guess reality is reality.

"Jia!" A familiar voice echoes through the house. We weren't very rich, but we weren't lacking money either. Our house was just big enough for the two if us.

"Jia!" The voice calls again.

"Jia wake up!!!" Her tone changes a bit.

"Mom I'm coming you don't have to call me every two seconds" I say with an exhausted voice.

"Jia! If you keep being lazy, you're going to be late. It's not even my fault if you're the one who sleeps too much, but I'll be the one who has to sign the papers "My mom sasses.

I slept too late last night now I'm paralyzed. Ugh I can't move... Damn it now I regret watching stuff till 2 in the morning.

"Good morning dad. Do you know how bad her temper is these days?" I look at the picture in the wooden frame.

"I'm coming~" I try to sound cheerful. I don't want to make her angrier. All of her hair is going to become white.

"Quick! You don't want to be late on the first day. It's going to leave a bad impression..." She says. I don't really care for the impression, well, maybe a little.

"Fine. I'm coming. Count to 10." I say quickly changing the fastest I can.

"1" She counts. If you aren't coming, you'll get punishment from me and from school.

I quickly grab my bag and my phone.

"8" She continues counting.

"Yah! You skipped like 7 numbers. It's not fair!" I stump my feet out of frustration.

"Speaking takes time too idiot." My mom rubs her temples as I take my last step before reaching the first floor.

"Too late." My mom shrugs as she dumps my food into her plate.

"No breakfast for you~" She snickers shaking her head.

She makes a provoking face.

"Well you know what? I wish you become as fat as a pig." I pout opening the door. My tummy growls.

"Sometimes I just wish my mom was normal, but I guess she's cool." I nod to myself trying to find the positive of everything.

I wait in front of the stop sign and the bus finally arrives 5 minutes later. It doesn't seem long, but it is. Trust me.

"Good morning." I smile to the driver. He just nods back. I wish he could say hi to bring my mood up.

It's a Monday, and the worst is that I'm switching schools, which means that the other students probably already know each other, so I'll probably end.up alone on team projects. I hate transfers.

Damn it.

I find myself a seat next to the window quietly in the back. I plug in my earphones and close my eyes. Peace.

I love to sit next to windows because I can feel nature speaking to me. Not literally though.

I feel one of my earphones fall down.

I'm about to reach for it and put it back but someone else approaches my face and does it for me.

I don't bother to look at the person and keep my eyes closed.

At least one kind person in this world.

Oh no the bus is stopping. Hell is coming my way. Damn it I'm not ready for this.
