Bomi POV

"Do you think what he said was true?" Joshua asks.

"Why would he even help us?" Seungkwan shrugs.

"Maybe it's a trap." Jia murmurs

"I don't think so." I mumble. If it really was a trap, why would he look so surprised when we mentioned the Key of Fire. It isn't the expression of a liar.

"Let's just go." I drag Jia's arms while walking towards to Volcano.

We don't really know where it is, but I can see some smoke coming out in this direction.

Is the Volcano active? I hope not...

Plus, I can sense a presence. I don't know how, but there's this feeling...

This weird feeling. I just can't name it.

We walk for a while and we already arrive at the top of the Volcano. The smoke is blinding our eyes.

"Your eyes are shining again..." Jia points at my now purple eyes. I'm not even surprised anymore.

It shines everytime a Key is near. The Key of Fire must be near.

"Look at the lava..." Jia says looking down.

"There's nothing at the top." I say scanning the horizon. All I can see is smoke, the border of the Volcano and...well lava. That's it.

Suddenly, a swirl of wind pushes me into the Volcano. I was about to fall into it, but I manage to grab the border.

My hand is probably burned. At least I didn't fall into the lava...

Joshua suddenly glares at me.

He puts his foot onto my burned hand and steps on it squishing it. He smirks.

"Yah! What are you doing?! Are you out of your mind?" I scream for help, but the others don't seem to hear me. They were still searching.

My hand gives up. Am I going to die now?

I feel my feet touching the lava. I wait for the burn to reach my skin.

I close my eyes wating for the pain. I clench my teeth.

I fall completely into the lava. I open my eyes. Why am I still alive?

I look up. She's looking down for me.

Jia is jumping into the lava.

"Why did you jump down?'' I say. Why can I speak underwater?

"I can't leave my best friend alone." She smiles.

I feel tears fall into the lava. At least she can't see. "Joshua pushed me into the water..."

"What?" Her eyes widden. "Why would he?" She freaks out.

"Wait..." "I remember something..." She says.

End of Bomi POV

Flashback

He holds his head with his hands and closes his eyes out of pain.

"Hey what's wrong?" I ask tugging his shirt.

"It hurts!" He croutches down. It just happened to Bomi when we got here and now another person?

Suddenly, his eyes widden and shine a red color. A dark red color similar to the eyes of a vampire.

End of flashback

Maybe this is it...

"Well, something happened earlier...his eyes turned red for a second..." I try to explain. She squints her eyes.

''He does look different...his aura...it changed." She continues squinting her eyes looking at him. She grints her teeth.

"He's going to pay for what he did." She glares coldly.

"Hey! Jia! Bomi! Are you guys still down there?'' I hear Joshua scream. Probably to make the others believe he isn't the suspect...

"Look down!" Bomi suddenly points.

"There's something down!" She exclaims happily.

"Maybe the Key is there." I murmur.

We swim down to the darker side of the lava ocean.

"Wait...aren't the others in danger because of Joshua?" I suddenly remember.

"I don't think he's going to do anything yet..." Bomi says.

"Well, I hope so." She looks down and continues swimming.

A red palace...underwater? Why would the Key of Fire be underwater?

Strange.

We walk into the palace. We can breathe under this cold lava.

"Hello?" I ask as soon as I enter the palace.

Suddenly water starts pouring into my mouth. There's no more oxygen...

I can't breathe...I can't breathe...

I feel someone's arm around my waist.

Darkness takes over me.

I suddenly sit up. What happened?

I turn around and see someone smiling at me.

"Where am I? Who are you?" I ask. "Where's Bomi?"

"Bomi, well if it is her, she's right next to you." He chuckles pointing at the sleeping girl. She looks so peaceful...

"What's your name?" He asks still smiling like a little boy.

"Jia. You still haven't answered my question." I point out.

''I'm Mingyu."He chuckles. "This is my house."

"You must be rich..." I say and he just laughs.

Bomi suddenly opens her eyes and sits up after realizing wat happened.

She looks around her. Her eyes fall upon Mingyu. "You must be the Key of Fire."

Damn she reacts fast. It takes me like 5 minutes to remember who I am.

Bomi's eyes are shining again...

"I am willing to help you." He says with his eyes closed.

"Why are you closing your eyes?" I ask.

"To prove my loyalty to you. " He smiles with his eyes closed.

"What do you mean?" Bomi gives a small frown.

"I'm not under your control right now. I still want to help you." He rubs the back of his neck embarassed.

"Actually, I've been searching for you since I've found out about your existance. The Chosen One." He grins.

"Do you know more about me?" Bomi asks. "From what's happening to me, I'm probably the One." She guesses.

I'm pretty sure she's One of the Two too.

Suddenly, the image of Joshua pushing me into the Lava reapears. I frown.

"Are you okay?" Mingyu asks worried.

"No I'm fin-." Bomi cuts me.

"Do you know about people whose eyes turn red for an instant?" She asks.

"Well, I don't think so?" He shrugs a bit worried.

Joshua...
