Arizona is almost due. She insists on still going to work, but I wish she would just stay at home.

"Come on, Zona. Just stay at home."

"No, I want to go to work. I might go insane if you make me stay here."

"Honey, you're already insane."

"Hey!" She jokingly smacks my arm before making a pouting face.

"It's true."

"You're the one that made me insane."

"Mmhmm. Now, I'm gonna take Sofia and Luke to school, Eve to daycare, then go to work, and you're gonna stay here and get some rest." I kiss her on the forehead before leaving with Sofia. I wave at Sofia's last year teacher as I park to let Sofia out. Her old teacher walks up to the car so I roll down the window

"How's Arizona doing? Last time I saw her, she was getting pretty big."

"Yeah, she's doing good. A little over 6 months. I insist she stay home, but she never does."

"I always wanted to do something when I was pregnant too. It's hard not doing what you usually do."

"Yeah, I know, but I did it when I was pregnant with Sofia because I didn't want to overwork and then hurt Sofia in the process. She definitely wasn't this bad with Luke or Eve so I really don't know why she's so bad this baby." Someone honks, telling me to move

"Tell Arizona I said hi."

"Will do." I roll the window back up as I drive to the hospital. As I park, I see a car very familiar to Arizona's. That better not be hers. Of course, when I walk into the hospital, I am greeted with a smiling Mark who is horribly hiding an Arizona

"I see you, Zona."

"She's not here. I don't know what you're talking about."

"You literally just answered me."

"No, this is her twin sister, Virginia."

"Virginia?"

"Yeah, get it, it's a state too." She's, now, coming out of her hiding spot.

"Oh, I get it."

"It's funny isn't it."

"Zona, you really need to go home. Rest."

"I'd rather be here, helping kids that might not survive without me."

"There's other pediatric surgeons."

"But there's not another me."

"Yes, there is." I put my hand on the side of belly and rub it. "She's right here. Arizona, please go back home and just rest. I don't want you to fall and hurt the baby or yourself."

"After today." I sigh

"Fine, after today."Just as I kiss Arizona, Webber walks by with the new interns

"Callie. Arizona. I'm not telling you again."

"Oh, come on, Webber, we're having a baby. Cut us some slack." He just continues to walk and some of the interns give us dirty looks

"Looks like we got a batch of homophobic interns."

"Don't let it bother you. If they choose to not be your friends just because of who you choose to be with then it's their loss."

"Thanks, Karev. I think that's the nicest thing I've ever heard you say to my wife." He elbows me then walks off.
