I woke up to a blinding light shining over me.

In the background, I could hear many different voices, none which I could recognize.

Suddenly, I heard a door open quickly and the voices were gone. But I could still feel a presence in the room.

"Alice?" My ears rang as the person spoke and I noticed it was a male voice.

"Alice, can you hear me?" The voice spoke again.

Making a huge effort, I slowly opened my eyes and blinking rapidly, took in my surroundings.

I was in what looked like a hospital room, it was big and full of cabinets and drawers all containing medicines and such.

My eyes finally landed on the speaker, almost popping right out as I took him in.

He was a young man, probably around 20, he was pretty muscular, and was very handsome, his hair was brown, straight at the front and ending in fine curls at the back.

But what amazed me the most were his eyes, they were deep, glowing blue, similar to my own.

"Um...Alice?"

Opps. I didn't even noticed I was staring at him blankly. I felt my cheeks burn up and I could almost see a hint of a small smirk forming in his lips.

"Yes?" I managed to say.

"How are you feeling?"

"I'm..." I started to tell him I was fine, but then all the events from the previous night struck me. I started shaking, tears formed in my eyes, I tried to control myself, failing greatly.

The mysterious man tried to calm me down, he was pretty lost himself, he awkwardly stroked my back until my tears were gone.

"Don't worry Alice, everything will be fine" He said as he gave me a sad smile.

I sniffed one last time before finally remembering I had no idea where I was, what had happened or whom I was with.

"Who are you?"

"My name is Aaron McLaggen" he smiled.

"Where are we?"

"Right now we are in the nursery of Mystic Falls, school for the elemental"

"What...?" I've mever heard of that name before, a school for elemental? Huh? What does elemental even mean? That sounded crazy.

Aaron or Mr. McLaggen must have noticed my puzzled face, he let out a short laugh and proceeded to explain.

"Now, Alice, we aren't in Earth anymore" At this, my eyes were huge. What the hell was he talking about?!

"You have been teleported to this dimension, which is quite different from the world you are used to, here there are no human beings, just elementals and other creatures. Elementals are people with great power within them, they can control one specific kind of magic, which you can tell which one it is by the colour of the person's eyes."

He continued, "It usually goes like this..."

Red eyes - Controls fire element

Blue eyes - Controls water element

Grey eyes - Controls air element

Green eyes - Controls earth element

Purple eyes - Healer

I sat there, staring a him, my mouth a tiny bit opened before laughing out loud.

"Oh my...you seriously expect me to believe this? What kind of stupid prank is this?"

I got up from the bed I was sitting in and started to make my way out.

"Haven't you ever wondered why your eyes are different from the rest?" Mr. McLaggen smirked.

At this I turned around and stared at him, he didn't look like a lunatic or something, but what he was talking about didn't make any sense.

"You're an elemental, Alice"

"But that's impossible, I'm human, my parents are..." I flinched in pain and continued "...were humans, and fairies or whatever don't exsist"

"Well if elementals don't exsist..."

Suddenly, the man standing in front of me made some strange gesture with his arms and suddenly, inside the room, it started raining calmly. I stared at the roof in awe, this was really happening, he had produced raining inside the room!

He looked at me with a victorious smirk. "You have the power to do that too, you just need someone to teach you, and that's why I'm here, I'm going to help you become a water elemental"

"I-i can't believe this, it can't be real"

"Oh, trust me, you aren't dreaming" he smiled.
