The Girl

Chapter 7

Killian P.O.V

        "Hey there Killian," Oliver greeted with a smile, " How you doing mister blue eyes?" He questioned with a little laugh.

           " Well, I was doing fine until someone with their big ole mouth came in shouted that there was food." I answered with a smirk.

        He smirked "Well, I just wanted to be loud enough for you to hear me over your loud angsty music." I smacked his arm. He's such an idiot I swear.

        "Well you didn't have to shout you idiot." I just chuckled and walked towards Stiles, who was standing over by the table with a goofy smile on his face. That smile seems familar, huh. I wonder what's that about. 

         "Hey there Stiles," I greeted but it seemed like he didn't hear me, "hello, earth Mr. Davies." I said once again, a bit louder. He looked up.

        "Oh hey there Killian. Whats up?"

        " Oh nothing much just trying to get the attention of a guy he seems too happy for his own good." I said with a smirk when I saw him blush. Man, must be something good if he is embrassed by it. 

        "Um, sorry about that," he looked down in embarrassment, " I guess I'm just lost in thought I guess." He then smiled again.

        What is up with that? I don't bother him in his thoughts agian and just go and get some food before Garrett ate it all. And while I was over there, I decided on asking Ollie about Stiles, he'd tell me what was up.  

        "Hey Ollie," I yelled to get his attention away from the food. He looked up and i motioned him to me. "I have question." I asked when he came over to me.

        "And what would that be my blue eyed bud."

        "Why is Stiles all smiley over there?"

        He smirked, "Oh, he just met girl and I believe he is already infatuated. He even got her number," he laughed, then got serious, " but it's weird to me."

        I was interested now, " And why is that?"

        "Because, the girl is one my best friends and I know for a fact she doesn't give her number to guys, she doesn't go out with anyone," he looked so puzzled, " but the look I saw in her eyes was different. I'm sorry I'm rambling, but Cas- I mean Clar- I mean Candy, she just doesn't do that."  He was very confused. " But hey, maybe she is starting to do different things. I think it's about time she did anyways." He just shrugged. 

        "Hm, well whatever her deal is, Stiles sure seems quite hooked already." I looked up towards Stiles and saw that stupid grin still there. Lucky bastard, I couldn't help thinking. I had girl that did that to me and I loved every second of it. Man I wish....

        "Earth to Killian!!!', Oliver shouted right in my ear. 

        "What Ollie?" I asked getting annoyed, I didn't want to get ripped from my thoughts quite yet.

        "Well, I was trying to tell you something but then I saw your eyes get glazed over and realized you weren't listening," he seemed a bit annoyed," You seemed lost in thought there. What's on your mind?" He sounded concerned.

        I just shrugged. I'm pretty sure he already has a guess to what, or should I say who, I was thinking about. " Oh you know, just things and what not." I just didn't want to tell him what I was thinking. 

        "Oh don't give me that Kil, I know who you're thinking of. It's that girl you told me about right?" I nodded my head, " see, its ok to admit it."

         " It just hurts Ollie, and it feels a little ridiculous to be pining over someone for two years that I only spent a week with. But I just can't help it." I sighed. It was always difficult talking about her. The girl I fell for in a week. And sadly, haven't felt the same since.

         He gave me sad smile, " It's alright Kil," he put his hand on my shoulder, " It's ok to miss someone you loved, no matter how long you knew them. What you've told me of her, it's seems like you fell hard and fast,"  he sighs. " The only thing I don't get is how come you never went after her. It could've saved you alot of heartache." he  sounded confused again. I just gave him a knowing look.

        I'm really not surprised that he's confused though. No one really understands, hell, I barely understand. But, it's what she wanted. I'm still not sure why but I never asked, so I gues I'll never know. 

        I got out of my thoughts and looked at Oliver, " You know Ollie, I think the same thing all the time, especially today. But, it's what she wanted so I let her leave," I sighed with a sad smile, " you know, every now and then I wonder what it would've been like if she stayed or if I went after her. I wonder if she would've stuck around when I found out what I truly was, when I found you guys. But those thoughts will just remain as unkown."

        I could tell Ollie was listening intenly as I was talking but as soon as I ended, his eye got very wide and he had a look that said I-just-thought-of-something. " Wait Kil, I just thought of something with what you just said."

        "What do mean?" 

        "Well," he started, " when you said what you truly are, something poped into my. What if the reason you can't get over her is because of that? What if she is truly yours because of what we are?" he sounded intrigued by his own idea, "Oh, and maybe that why Stiles is so infatuated with my friend?" He added as a side note.

        I looked at him in shock. Why have I never thought about that before? " Oh my God Ollie, you might be right." I couldn't believe it took me this long to realize.  

        Maybe the reason why we fell so fast and hard, why I can't ever let her go,is because she is my true mate?

Hi guys! Sorry it has been at least a year since I wrote new chapter. I just couldn't come up with anything and honestly I didn't know if I wanted to. I don't know if anyone actually reads this or cares, so I thought of not writing it anymore. But, I decided to write anyways. To write for myself and not worry about anything else.
