Underestimated

Chapter 3

Sean's POV

I'm still looking at him. Warring stares to each other. No one from us wants to accept defeat in this stare-battle.

He walked directly to his assigned seat, without keeping his eyes out at me. He's seat is at the other end of the last row.

Now, I'm having thougths of bashing his head.

"Where were we again, class?" We were interrupted by our prof. I quickly looked away from him and glance in front. And to my dismay, Miss Lea's looking at me. Jeez! Preach time!! Great!

"Oh, I remember. We're with this equation and Miss Smith can't answer it. This is just a simple operation of integers. Class your in third year blah blah blah----"

I don't have much time listening to her.
I bend my head to my arm chair and tried to fall asleep.

"You can't do that. You're a fragile girl.  I am better than you so back off, dickie! You're nothing compared to me."

I was crying. Crying out loud. I've been doing everything just to be appreciated but whatever I do, they think I'm still frail.

"Will you just stop yelling at her? Can't you see? She's crying!"

"That's just the only thing she can do. To cry. A stupid cry baby."

"Hey! Watch your mouth! I respect girls but it doesn't mean that I'll tolerate you." He said in a gritted teeth. He's scary. This is my first seeing him in that aura.

"Hey!! Why are you castigating my sister? How dare you!"
A guy in a black leather jacket came. And in just a blink of an eye, his fist landed on other guy's face.
The guy stumbled down at the ground. His lower lip is bleeding.

He's still in the ground when the other guy charged him another punch.

I was so shocked. Notwithstanding shocks, I composed myself and shout for help.

"Help! Help!"

"Hey best! Sean! You okay?"

I felt someone tap my cheek and jog me.

"Arrghh!" I groan.

"You're having nightmares. Wake up. We need to go" Sofia said.

I opened my eyes and for instant I realized that it's already dismissal.

"Nightmares again? Don't worry, we have all the time. We're gonna find them." She uttered while wiping my cheek. That's when I realized I was crying.

"Nahh, it's okay. I'm fine. It's just a dream. Let's go? Thanks for waking me up" I smiled then she smiled back.

As we arrived at the parking lot, I felt uneasy.

"Hey Sophie! You go first. See you tomorrow." I said and gave her a quick smile.

"Owkiieee!! I'll be going. My butler is waiting for me. Bye!" She uttered cheerfully and forge ahead to her car.

Now that I'm alone, the surrounding seems suspicious.

"Get out from where you're hiding. I think you're good-looking so there's nothing to be ashamed of." I boldly said.

"Tough senses you've got. Good to see you again, superior Pein."

"Good to see you too, my dearest foe." I said emphasizing the last three words.

"You really love your friend, don't you? You let her go and leave you alone. How sweet of you." He said smirking

"Well, that's my nature. Let's make this a little bit faster. My time's wasting. Shall we?"

He looked at me with this fearsome gaze.

My long-awaited day has come.

I have lots of ideas in my mind. I really am nonplussed on how to write it chronologically, sorry for lousy update ^_^v

Sean (Shan)
Pein (Pain/peyn)
Zachary (Zakari)
