Underestimated

Chapter 7

Sean's POV

I woke up by the light caressing my face. I opened my eyes and observed the place.

"Aarrgh, this is not my room." I groan.

"Ohh, you're awake! Breakfast in bed superior." April excitedly said.

I quickly sit up but I felt pain in my waist.

"Hey! Careful, you're wound might bleed again." Anne ran to me and guided me to sit up.

"Thanks. What time is it?" I asked.

"Exactly 7. Why? You can't go unless you're totally fine. Just stay here for a moment. I called Aunt not to worry about you, and she said it's fine with her for you to stay here." April said while putting the tray in my side table. "And also, Tin texted me that she'll be here in a few minutes. She's too worried about you."

"Tsk. No need to worry about me. Its just a simple cut, see? I can actually stand up." I proudly said and tried to stand up but failed. They immediately caught me.

"Too haughty girl. You can't okay? So stay in this bed, Sean." Anne exclaim rolling her eyes.

"Okay you win. Just don't let me rot in here." I said jokily.

They just look at each other and smiled.

"Of course! I don't want to have a decaying cadaver in my room." We then burst out laughing.

Right in time, while we're having jokes to slay boredom, someone opened the door.

"Waaaahhh!! Seaannn!!" Tin shouted. She ran towards me and hugged me. Ouchh, I felt pain again but ignored it, I hugged her back. "Who did this to you? He need to go to hell right now." She said crying still hugging me.

"Hey, hey. I'm okay now. Don't worry. I'm a superior, right? I can surpass anything and this is just a small cut. I'm not dead yet so don't cry over me." I released from the hug. I wipe her tears and smiled to her.

"And the overreacting to a situation award goes to--- TIN!! Let us give her a round of appluase!!" Anne said and claps her hands, April did the same too. Tin grabbed the pillow near her and throw it to Anne. She stricken Anne in her face.

"Bull's-eye!" Tin said laughing. Anne also grabbed the pillow and hit Tin on her back. "You don't have respect. You need to be punished." Anne said and continued hitting Tin. April and I just look at each other then laughed.

"Hey! That's enough. Stop acting like a child, you two. I want to have a peaceful breakfast." They stopped and look at me.

"You'll having breakfast? For real? Oh eem!! This called for a celebration!" Anne said shockingly.

"I want to appreciate your efforts tho. You don't like me to have breakfast? It's okay with me."

"Oppss. I didn't say anything, right?" Anne asked and the two nodded yes.

I just smiled and grabbed the tray with my breakfast. These surely made by Anne.

We're just telling jokes and pranks to each other. Once I finished my food, April suddenly got serious and looked at me.

"Sean, tell us. What did really happened?" I looked at them and saw that they're worried and confused at the same time.

I sighed and started,

***Flashback***

I walked directly to Lucas Keller. They're known as the Black Keller. But they're group's name doesn't ring a bell. They are known for they're dirty games. Once they attack, expect that you might got hurt by trick, but that doesn't mean I need to be afraid.

I looked at him calmly. We're 3 meters away from each other when I stopped walking.

"Your friend really thinks she's gonna win over my boys. Too proud, I guess?" He asked grinning.

"Hmm. I guess not. She's just can. Let's get this started, you're wasting my time, really."

"As you wish, superior." Right on cue, he attacked me by his fist but before it reach my face, I kicked his stomach that made him tumbled down. He immediately charged himself and attacked me again.

We exchanged kicks and punches. His face's a wreck right now. Bruises all over his face. He's tough, though. He's not surrendering even he's visibly tired and hurt. Tsk.

I have bruises, too. My lower lip is bleeding, but I don't mind. I want this to end.

"Let's end here. I have some mercy so I'm letting you run this time. You're tired. Let me advice you, next time you fight have some energy drink. That'll surely help you from not draining." I said while grinning, he's on the ground. Feeling the pain. "I'll go first. Ask for help-- oppss, no one will help you, I think my partner flogged them." I uttered looking at where Anne is. She's finishing the last two, I guess.

I turned my head to face Lucas again. "So, Lucas Keller, I won't kill you for now, maybe next time. Caio!" As soon as I  stated that I walked passing him.

"Hey Superior! We're not done yet."

I stopped and turned around. But then I felt sting on my waist. That's when I realized he's holding a knife. I was so shocked but I managed myself and punch him right on his face, he tumbled down and dropped the knife. I walked near him and kicked the knife away from him. I let my right foot rest on his chest, pressing it hard.

"You really don't know who you messed up with. I gave you the chance to run but you're a hard-headed one. Don't blame me if sooner or later, you'll end up begging me for that chance."

"Ha! You're just too weak! You're telling me that you're the superior? How lucky I am to beat you then, SUPERIOR!"
He said, spitting some of his blood.

"Tsss. I'll let you see who really I am." I uttered then kick his face that made his head bounced on the ground. I looked at him and saw his head bleeding.

He's still concious but I can sense that he's about to pass out. Before it happens,

"What I did to you is nothing compare to what you've done. Prepare yourself and your boys for a real fight." I proclaimed then pressed his chest harder. I turned my back and retreat – leaving him unconcious.

'Aaarghh! Sh*t this bastard. I can't take the pain from my waist.'

I looked at Anne who's still busy finishing the others. I forced myself to walk but every step I take, I can feel the pain and the blood flowing through my legs. I can't really take this. As if on cue, I tumbled down and everything's went black.

**End of Flashback**

"That's it. I don't know what happened next, until this moment." I looked at them smiling as I finished my story telling.

"Are you sure about the threat thingy?" Anne asked.

"Let's see about it." I said grinning
