*No one's P.O.V.*

Light.

That's all the Librarians could see.

Then, there vision came back.

One by one, Flynn Carson, Eve Baird, Cassandra Cillian, Jacob Stone, Ezekiel Jones, Jenkins and Luke Nicoletti sat up in a charming abandoned diner, looking around. Jenkins forced himself to stand up and looked out a window, (towards the wrecked barn), even as Cassandra quietly asked, (Flynn spinning on a stool), "Is she...."

"Dead?" Jenkins verified, then he shook his head and stated, "There a few things that can kill an Immortal. A building falling down on top of one isn't fatal; especially since the barn was made largely out of wood, nails, straw and dirt."

Eve stopped Flynn from falling off the stool as she asked, Flynn getting back on said stool,
"So is she...."

"Rita would be alive," a new comers voices cut in, stating, "But I doubt that would trap the Evil Rita in or out of her head."

Everyone spun around to face the person, (who stood in the doorway),  the Librarians standing either offensively or defensively.

*Epic cowboy duel music*

The man seemed to be in his early 20's, with curly brown hair underneath a black newsboy cap and somewhat pale blue eyes. A twisted orange handkerchief was tied around his throat, while the man wore a black overcoat, (weird, for the heat of Texas made everybody perspire) dark gray slacks and brown loafers. A dark tan knapsack bag was slung over his shoulder, with patched fingerless gloves covered his hands and wrists.

Jenkins smiled, (which startled the Librarians, since no one had seen him flat out smile before), and walked over to the man, greeting, "Sir Clyde!" The man smiled and returned the quick hug, greeting, "Sir Jenkins! It's been too long, my friend......"

"Soooooooo.... who is this guy?"

Jenkins turned to face the Librarians and answered Ezekiel's question by introducing, "Colonial Baird, Librarians.... Luke... meet Prince Claudin, known by most in this day and age as Clyde."

Clyde confidently greeted, "Hi."

"Prince Claudin or Claudine," Jacob recalled as he and Clyde shook hands, "Son of the Frankish King Claudos who was enemies with King Arthur..."

"I was never part of dad's schemes," Clyde quickly stated with a sense of sadness... and fear?... in his voice, "I also was one of the 12 Knights to achieve the Holy Grail, alongside Bors the Younger, Percival," Clyde clapped Jenkins shoulder and concluded, "and good o' Jenkins here."

"Yes, well, this is not the time to reveal old, buried, memories." Jenkins emphasised the word 'buried' as he asked, "So how come you're here and not out fighting demons and such?"

"...Wait, What?..."

"I actually just sent a demon with a message, to the very smudge demon king, Satan, back to Hell. But then I heard a explosion, drove my truck over and hauled you guys into this diner here. And as they say, 'The rest is history.' "

Eve, deciding that her questions can wait, began to organize the group by saying, "Rita.... or the evil side of her from her head....or....whatever..... said that she had plans." Pointing towards Jenkins and Clyde, Eve asked, "You 2 seem to know this Rita child..."

"Immortal...."

"Whatever! Just tell us what she's planning to do."

Jenkins and Clyde side glanced each other, then Jenkins revealed, "Rita has always blamed Dulaque for her immortality, which she considers a curse. Because of my father's spell, immortals effected by it, like Clyde and I, will keep living....."

"A few years ago, Rita learned how to reverse the spell," Clyde took off where Jenkins stopped, "Evil Rita wants to die...."

"Well, we can help her with that..." Jacob stated, pounding his fist into his palm.

"You don't understand, do you, Mr. Stone?" Jenkins asked, then summed up, "The only way Evil Rita can die is if she reverses the spell Dulaque cast a thousand years ago. But in reversing the spell, Rita, Clyde, Dulaque, a couple of other Immortals and I will die!"

"So in order to stop a now crazy immortal Witch kid, we need to stop her from reversing a spell." Ezekiel summed up as well, "O sure, THAT won't be hard to do!"

Everyone ignored Ezekiel's obvious assumption as Cassandra raised her hand and spoke, (once Flynn swiveled in the diners seat long enough to point at her), "So how do we stop Evil Rita?..."

Flynn spun one more time on the stool, hopped off and flung opened the teleporting Back Door of the Annex, declaring, "We are going to go to the place where Dulaque cast his spell!"
Everyone filed into the Annex as Jenkins advised, "I'd advice you were hiking boots. The walk itself will be..... treacherous."

Ezekiel and Luke groaned at the word, "Hike" as the Back Door closed with a click.

"So what now, 'glorious leader'?"

Dulaque resisted the urge to growl at his second command, and instead replied, "We'll get there before they do. And, " a evil smile formed on Dulaque's lips, "We may leave a surprise or 2 for them. How are your jumping skills, Bulldog?"

The tattoo guy, Bulldog, grinned, even as his broken shin began to mend itself back together.....
