Dan and I were still sad from that robbery. They did not steel anything important. Only cash. It still was a pain. To just see him laying down. That day I remember I held his cold freezing hand. When I held his hand he gave me memories. I remembered the surprise birthday we had for him. I still remember the date, May 21, 2000. I also remembered Christmas. The way he slowly opened his last present. It was the Apple laptop. He was going to be in collage again to get more education. Even though we are rich kids he wanted to learn much more.
That night in my room I dreamed of a time when he was still alive. It was the day right before my seventh birthday. It was beautiful! All of my friends and family was there. I also remember...
" Francine! Wake up!" I heard Dan say, " Our classical Snow White book is floating!"
Right after I heard floating I was wide awake. Mostly because he poured cold water on me. My eyes were wide once I saw the book floating in mid-air. I was shocked. Am I dreaming?!?!? I thought. I pinched my arm to double check. Nope. This was definitely real, but how? How can the book be floating?
Next thing you know we were getting sucked up into the book. No wonder my mom does not like getting the real copy. Then a map appeared in my hands.
How did all of this happen. The confusion was filling the air. The guestions filled our heads.
