Hazel
Rocky has been calling me since I went to bed meaning around 4am he had called me non stop. I wasn't planing on calling him back anytime soon he said he was busy anyways so I didn't want to bother him. So right now I was currently in my room talking to my roommate.
"I got you a date, he's nice and he's sweet just like you. I met him at the party yesterday and he seemed so nice and he reminded me of you so I told him about you and next week I set up a date for you too."
Gee thanks...
"Cool I guess. What's he like?" I asked. I ain't have nothing else to do.
"I'm not telling you you'll find out next weekend." She smirked.
I had wondered about Rocky. He was a nice guy, he was cute and he was mysteries, he always had me thinking, and I think that's why I liked talking to him.
. . .
All week was rough, test after test after test, but I managed. It was finally Saturday which was the day of the date Kayla my roommate had set up for me. She did my hair make up face and all and when she was done with me I looked pretty nice.
She had curled and straightened my hair, picked out this outfit that was reveling but I didn't mind, my cousin did it all the time when she picked out my outfit.
She had me wear a white long sleeve fitted crop top with a long skirt that had slits on each side that went up to my thigh. It was too cute and I loved it.
I had to say I actually looked nice and then there was a knock in our door.
Kayla went to go open the door.
"Hey, Trevor. Trevor this is Hazel and Hazel this is Trevor."
"Hello Hazel I've heard only good things about you." He smiled.
"I hope so." I smiled along with him.
Kayla wished me good luck and then we walked to his car. He opened the door for me and closed it and went to the other side.
Trevor was a tall light skinned boy with a nice clean cut and a nice smile. Had me hoping everything on this date went well.
It had took us a while to get there but once we got there it was a nice restaurant that my mom and dad loved to go to. I've never been here but I'm glad he took us here.
"So what do you major in college ?" He asked me as we sat at the table.
"Psychology. It's pretty interesting actually I like it, but I know some psychologist and some people just stop doing it because they say it's sad sometimes, walking around thinking something is always wrong with everyone..." I shrugged.
"Yeah my dad says that but he still loves it." Trevor said.
"Your dad's a-"
"Yup."
"That's cool, I've wanted to be one since 8th grade.
Trevor was a nice guy. He basically told me his life story and how he wanted to be an engineer and what his mom and dad did and about his sisters and brothers. He told me everything. He threw compliments at me left and right, told me how beautiful I was, and how he hoped to do this again some time.
We were currently having desert and Trevor had said something funny and my reaction was to laugh.
As I was laughing I turned my head to see someone I honestly didn't want to see at the moment.
Rocky.
He looked mad as hell. I guess he's been watching me this whole time even though we hadn't been here long. He was sitting with Freg and 2 girls.
My smiled turned into a frown once I saw him get up and walk over to my table.
"Is everything okay?" Trevor asked me.
I looked at him to speak but Rocky had already made his way over to the table.
"Can I talk to you Hazel, for a minute or two." Rocky said.
I looked up at Rocky with a confused look on my face. Why does he think it's okay to come up to me while I'm obviously on a date with someone. I got up and walked out the restaurant knowing Rocky was behind me.
"What the hell is your problem? I've been calling you all week." Rocky backed me up into the brick wall.
"I've been busy Rocky, with school." I lied.
He gave me a look.
He was making me mad, he's the one that didn't show up that night.
"Where were you last Friday? I waited for you." I frowned.
He's face softened. "I'm sorry I got caught up and lost track of time. But I'll make it up to you."
There was a silence.
"And I'm not with those girls, I was handling business." He assured me. "Who's that dude you with?"
"My roommate set me up on a date."
"Come with me."
"Come with you where?" I asked.
"Somewhere."
"But what about Trevor-"
"His names Trevor? Alright I'll be right back." Rocky said walking into the restaurant.
"But Rocky-" It was no use he was already inside.
I waited and waited until Rocky came back out. I hope Rocky didn't say anything mean. When Rocky came out he grabbed my hand and walked me to his car. I turned around and I could see Trevor looking confused and I felt so bad.
"What did you say to him ?" I asked Rocky as we got in his car.
"Don't worry about it." He started the car. "Why you dressing up for him?" Rocky looked me up and down.
"My roommate picked this out. What you don't like it?"
"No you look great, trust me." He slightly smile.
It didnt take us long to get where ever he was taking us. I looked up to see a hotel. Did he really take me to a hotel? I thought he would take me somewhere romantic, but once I really thought about it, Rocky wasnt really the romantic type but I'm okay with that.
"You brought me to a hotel?" I thought about it beofore I continued, "Rocky I'm not having sex with you."
Rocky looked at me before he did anything. "I didnt bring you here to have sex with you Hazel. I just wanna chill."
I nodded and got out the car. I felt bad. Kayla did all of this and I didnt even get 3 hour in with Trevor. What a waste.
"Are we just going to watch tv or something?" I asked. There wasnt really much to do in a hotel.
"Theres an arcade here."
