Shikamaru POV

Nah, mendokusē. I can't belive that life can be so troublesome. What a drag. And why is it always me doing the hardest work? Like travelling. Suna is so far. Why can't Temari come here as always? Nah, such a lame.

It's not that I don't want to see her. I want that so bad, more than everything, but she is the ambassador, not me. I never wanted to be. I don't like to travel. That's a drag. So long. So hard. So troublesome.

Of course, if I don't go, I will probably be dead. Even if I survive lady Tsunade, Temari will surely kill me. She's the most troublesome girl ever. She's spunky. I hate spunky. And man, she is a girl, but still a boss. Shikamaru, don't be lazy. Shikamaru, come to Suna. Shikamaru, I'll kill you. Mendokusē.

Why, oh why am I so obsessed with her?

And I still can't wait to see her. Stupid emotinos. Doing opposite from what the mind says.

It's like a drug. Drugs are such a drag.

And by the way, I hate being in Suna. Every time I'm there, I can't even come close to Temari. Her freakish brothers look at me like I'm a pest who wants to stole their sister. Even the Kazekage. He looks at me like he'd gladly choke me with his sand. All three of them are amazing ninjas. I don't know how good is that.

It's not really classy to have a girlfriend stronger and with more chakra than you. But, who ever said I was classy?

,,Shikamaru!"

I slowly turned around. It was princess Tsunade, godaime Hokage.

,,Yes, Hokage-sama?"

,,Are you ready?"

I decided to act stupidly.

,,For what?"

,,For going to Suna, of course. You have to send this message to Kazekage."

I wanted to find an excuse.

,,Can't you send a hawk?"

,,No. Absolutely."

I sighed.

,,Mendokusē".

,,Probably it is, but I don't give a damn. Hurry up. Don't let them wait for you."

,,Nah, whatever."

I ran into the forest. That's a whole long day. I wonder would it be easier if I just lay down here pretending that I'm dead. It would, but I can't do that. What's the point of having the highest IQ in the village, if you have to do so troublesome things?

I wish I was born as a dumbass. I bet dumb guys have much easier life.

I can make a break now. Maybe I can take a nap. Yes, that's it.

,,SHIKAMARU!!!"

I suddenly was woken up by a strong, loud, female voice.

,,Grmbl whut? Where?"

In a flash I saw two green eyes that were angrily staring at me.

,,Who are you?"

I asked stupidly.

,,Oh you don't remember? I WILL MAKE YOU REMEMBER ME FOREVER! YOU IDIOT!"

This made me fully awake in a second and now I realised Temari who was red like tomato and capturing me with her body. I felt like a little ant, though I usually was bigger than her.
