Chapter 4

Summer's pov

"Summer, Gracie? Are you guys okay?" I heard Sydney say through the muffled sound in my ears, "huh, oh yeah it's just..." "It's just what?" She asked. "It's nothing never mind." I replied with hesitation "oh,okay."
Later that night we were all just sitting and watching movies on the couch when Claire pulled me aside. "Um, Summer can I talk to  you for a sec?" "Sure."  We talked and then she said, "hey what were you going to say earlier?" "Oh well it's just that before I was dating Nash I was with Aaron and he broke up with me and I was just a little in shock that he was with Sydney,that's all." "Wow sum I'm sorry ." She replied, we then went back to the couch and sat back down to watch the movie.
Gracie's pov
I looked at summer and I could tell that she was a little shocked that Sydney was Aaron's fiancé but I looked at Claire and she said she talked to summer. To be completely honest I was a little in shock too but summer was Aaron's ex and he and I were friends until they broke up and he hurt summer. That's why we have such a protective relationship over each other, it's because we're like sisters  and when Nash started dating summer I was a little protective over her but now that they've been dating for a few years now I trust and know that he won't hurt her and it's the same with Cameron, when we started dating summer was protective of me but she trusts him now. She and I and Claire know that if Aaron hurt Sydney in any way we would find him and personally whoop his ass.(sorry for the language)  when the movie was over I asked Claire,"so Claire do you have a boyfriend?"  "Yep and you might know him." "Who is it?" Summer and I exclaimed at the same time, "it's Blake gray!" I looked at Claire in shock and started crying, I ran out of the room and summer grabbed Claire's arm and pulled her and Sydney closer to her, "what was that?" Claire asked "yeah what was that about?" Sydney said, "well you see um... Blake was Gracie's boyfriend before she was with Cameron and Blake cheated on Gracie then broke up with her over text." (Ouch)

Claire's  pov
After hearing about what Blake dos to one of my best friends I talked to him and we met for coffee at Starbucks. "Hi babe" he said to me, "hey,what's wrong?" He added "did you used to date Gracie?" I asked he looked at me in shock. "Yeah why, she's one of my best friends and you cheated on her and broke up with her over text, how could you even do something like that?!?" I screamed and ran back to the house.
