Monday. Ugh I hate school. School = facing Natalie = awkward. I don't know if I can handle her being all rude to me, especially since I want to be so wrong about her ditching us for "cooler" friends. I am ok with her having new friends, but I don't want her to ditch us entirely.
"Hey Nikki," Natalie shouted into my face with a sneer. Thankfully class hasn't started yet.
"Sorry to disappoint, but I am not looking for a fight here, Natalie." I replied casually. I started to walk away. Natalie grabbed my wrist hard.
"What the hell Natalie?!?!" I yelled. "Let me go!"
"Just don't think i haven't forgotten about the phone call."Natalie whispered into my ear as she let go of my wrist. I walked away quickly. What the hell is that supposed to mean?! She hurt me and Sarah more than I hurt her!!! Seriously though. WTF Natalie!!!!!!
Before the bell rang I had to tell Sarah about this. This has to stop! I thought scanning the crowd of people waiting to get in for Sarah. No sign of her. I wonder where she is. I called her cell.
Ring.....Ring.....Ring.....Ring.....Ring..... Hi! I'm Sarah and please leave a voicema-"
Really Sarah? Stupid voicemail. I thought as I hung up. She probably missed the bus. But it's not like her to miss a call. My gut told me that I was just overreacting, and that she probably turned her phone off.
The bell rang. I rushed into the school, and quickly wrote a note to Sarah to meet me at my locker after second period.
