Aria's eyes fluttered open and she stares into darkness.
"Hello is anyone here?" She tries to get off whatever she's laying on but she can't move. Her arms are tied down and so are her legs. She starts moving her shoulders, trying to go free.
"Stop struggling, Aria or you'll never get out of here" A voice calls.
Aria looks around but still see's no one.
"Who said that?" She says, frantically looking around into the black unknown.
"It's me. Mona" The voice seems to be coming closer.
"You're not Mona. She's dead" Aria says.
Suddenly someone flips on the light and the room is filled with brightness. There stood Mona in front of Aria and although she looked real as anything, Aria was shaking with fright.
"You look like you've seen a ghost" Mona says, pushing a medicine cart over to Aria's bedside.
"But you're supposed to be dead. We were going to jail. They thought we killed you" Aria takes the juice she was offered, suddenly thirsty.
"I can't stay for long but I came to give you some juice and crackers. You've been out for a few days."
Aria shivered. She'd been out for a few days. A could have killed her friends in a few days.
"What about Spencer and Emily and Hanna? Have you seen them?" Aria pulls the blanket up to her chin.
"No but I've heard them scream. It sounds distant. And A watches my every move, so I can't really go look for them" Mona hands her the crackers.
"When approximately did you hear them scream?" Aria was shaking with fear now.
"About the same time, you were asleep. A few days ago" That answer made Aria start to cry.
"Now now. Don't cry. I'll try to come back later but I can't promise anything"
She unties Aria from the table, pushes the cart out a door and it slams behind her. Aria jumps off the cold table and wraps the blanket around her small body. She runs to the door and pulls on the handle but it wouldn't budge. She was locked in here until A let her out. If A let her out.
