I screamed and held onto his arm tight. “Never flew have you?” he laughed.
“Not without a plane” I called. I looked down with a squeak. “Were really high up.”
“Ya I know that’s a good thing.” He said with a smirk. I could feel the air getting colder if that was even possible. “
“Where are we headed?” I asked seeing snow falling below us.
“Where else but the North pole, your mom was a guardian…” he explained to me.
“WHAT! That girl we saw in the park dead was my mother. You know I still think you’re crazy and probably a hallucination.” I growled.
“Well if your dreaming then this won’t hurt at all.” He said letting me go into a snowdrift. “Well did it hurt?
“Hahaha” I said sarcastically. “Very funny.”
He smirked at me and I couldn’t help but laugh a little. “Come on before you freeze.” He said leading me into a workshop filed with Elf’s and Yetis. A yeti grabbed me by my red t-shirt. I swung around with my knife pointing at his face.
“Let ME GO…NOW!” I ordered. He set me down on the ground and I put the knife back into my pocket. The yeti grumbled at me and lumbered off. I stuck my tongue out at it and began to walk around and accidentally stepped on an elf’s foot.
It glared at me and I just smirked. I just had that weird sense of humor that others didn’t understand.
“JACK!” called a Russian voice. I looked to see a tall man who looked like how I imagined a mean scary looking Santa. “WHAT IN THE NAME…. who’s she… Jack what did I tell you about.”
“She’s not human North... she’s Sum’s daughter… The one who died protecting us…”
“There was a fire…” I said “and now no one see’s me or hears me.” I said sadly. The moon shone through the hole jack flew in and shone onto me. My hair was the color of fire and the air around me warmed. “You… you’re the new summer… the spirit of summer.”A voice said in my head.
I opened my eyes after shutting them for a moment and my eyes had changed to what now looked like either pools of fire or the sunlight.
“Whoa, new girl,” an Australian voice said. I looked over and looked to see a giant 6 foot rabbit in the room. I couldn’t help but scream… like a shocked scream not a terrified scream; Even though he was kind of scary.
He smirked. “frostbite.” He greeted jack. Jack smirked at the rabbit.
“kangaroo.” He joked. I could see the rabbit mutter to himself ‘Bunny not kangaroo rabbit.’
I smiled and looked out the window as a fairy person (My guess she was the tooth fairy) came in followed by a man made of pure sand.
I looked at them all and only could say one word before a weird thought came to my mind. “Sweet”
