Mysterious killings

It's morning. Y/n woke up again with her every day routine. Y/n just hated going at school, but it can't be help. She dressed up in her uniform and went outside. As usual, Sena was waiting for her. Sena said:

- Good morning, y/n.

Y/n said:

- Good morning, Sena.

Sena teased y/n:

- So, today you'll go on a date with your prince huh.

Y/n blushed looking at Sena's green eyes with her e/c eyes saying:

- S-Sena! H-he's just friend... We aren't going on a date!

Sena smirked saying:

- Yeah, yeah. Let's go!

They arrived at the school and came in the class. Thomas said:

- Good morning, y/n-chan, Ryotaro-san.

Y/n said:

- Good morning, IV-san.

Sena said:

- Yo, Thomas-san.

Thomas asked:

- Can we research today about my family history?

Y/n answered:

- Sure. After classes. We're finishing early today.

Thomas said:

- Perfect. Let's meet at the library.

Y/n nodded and the class begin. At the pause, Sena came to y/n with her phone saying:

- Look, y/n. Last night there was murder.

Y/n took the phone reading:

- This morning, one female body was found dead near the river. The body was made like puppet.  Her name is Rio Kamishiro, 17 years. The local police is looking for the killer.

Y/n wide opened her eyes saying:

- Puppet...

Sena said:

- It's some crazy killer making the poor girls puppets, y/n. We must be careful.

Y/n said:

- I guess yeah...

~ time skip~

After classes, y/n met with Thomas in the library. He smiled saying:

- Oh, y/n-chan, you're here.

Y/n smiled saying:

- Sure. Let's go, IV-san.

They entered in the library and started to search informations about Thomas's family. Y/n asked:

- Sorry for asking you personal questions, but I was curious who did you became this scar?

Thomas touched his scar answering:

- It was few years ago. There was fire and I was somehow saved and I had this scar...

Y/n said:

- I see... I'm so sorry for asking that...

Thomas smiled saying:

- It's okay, y/n-chan.

Then, y/n read something familiar. Back in the past, there were also killings where the victims were made like puppets. The serial killings were connected with the puppeteer, Thomas Arclight, but they never caught him because of lack of proofs. Y/n said:

- Look at this, IV-san.

Thomas read the article smiling and said:

- I see... My great great grandfather was involved into serial murder case. Foolish man...

Y/n said:

- Today, I read on internet, that the last night also happened murder similar to this here written in the article.

Thomas laughed saying:

- So, the killer is my great great grandfather who rose from the death and kills. I bet this is just some copycat, who is fanatic and maybe he likes Thomas Arclight.

Y/n said sadly:

- It's morbid, you know... Poor girl...

Thomas came closer to y/n whispering:

- Don't worry y/n-chan. I'll protect you.

Y/n blushed saying:

- T-thanks, IV-san.

He smiled saying:

- Can you please drop off the honorifics? Just call me IV, okay?

Y/n smiled saying:

- Of course, IV... You can call me y/n.

Thomas smiled saying:

- Of course, y/n. I think it's enough for today with our research. Let's continue another day.

Y/n nodded and they left the library. Thomas walked y/n home and said:

- Good night, y/n. See you again.

Y/n smiled saying:

- Good night, IV. See ya.

Then Thomas left. Y/n was worried about the events from today. She thought ,,something is fishy about this killings... Maybe is just my imagination." She came in her room and dressed up in her pijamas and lied on her bed with hope that everything will be okay.
