My thoughts were interupted by Isabelle.

"Hey. Why did you leave?" Izzy asks "I forgot my necklace" turning around to face her. "Okay but tell me what's really going on."

I let out a breath "I really don't know, to be honest. Life I guess?"

"Umm, We'll talk later. Okay?" She nods and we leave my room.

"--was a shadowhunter?" Jace says to Clary. "Yeah. Yeah your right. And now the only who knows the the truth is missing, so I don't care about your rules or what's forbidden, I'm... there's gotta be someone out there who can tell us why they've taken my mother."

"Did I come at the wrong time or something?" I whisper to Izzy "maybe?" I chuckle.

"He's not my... we're just friends" Clary states nervously "best friends."

"Sure" I whisper to myself.

"And I'm tough, so bring on the runes. What exactly are runes?" I laugh at the mundie, shaking his hand after hitting Jaces shoulder.

"They give shadowhunters our demon fighting powers."

"So hot" the mundie stares at Izzy.

"I can't even. I just..." I start laughing into Alec shoulder. Alec chuckles "it's funny, but she's still my sister. So I'm a little pissed."

"The o'great Alec has a sense of humor?" I sarcastically say "only around you" I blush and my vision becomes lilac.

'Every freaking time'

"Please excuse those two, lack of manners. That's Alec and Naya... and I'm Isabelle." I gasp.

"How dare you" I say dramatically "oh, you know I love you." Izzy laughs at me.

"Lewis, Simon. Simon Lewis. Am I still talking" he says nervously.

"I'm gonna go because... I just can't. I'm gonna go train." I tell everyone.

"I'm gonna join you" Alec grabs my hand. We head to the training room.

We arrive in the training room "sparring?" Alec asks me, "sure" I hold out my hand for a staff (or whatever there called) and we begin fighting.

"So how's life?" I ask him, he hums a response. "Not good I'm guessing."

"Ever since, Clary has show up everything has been wired." I giggle "everything's weird to you Alec" he laughs "weirder than usual."

"You should smile more. I love your smile" he raises an eyebrow "oh, really?" I nod and blush looking down.

He knocks me on the floor, but I don't give up, so I pull him down with me and lands on top of me.

I look him in the eye, I feel my eyes start to change but I push it away. We both slowly lean in, his eyes flick to my lips and mine repeat his actions.

We get so close I feel his breath on my lips. Our lips are about to touch.

"Hey, guys you done in here" Hodge asks. We both snap out of our daze. And Alec quickly gets off me, he reaches his hand out to pull me up.

"Yeah. We just finished" I say not looking at Alec.

I end up walking out of there as quickly as I could full of embarrassment, going to Izzy's room.

I run into her room and steam the door shut.

"Naya, what happened?" I don't look at her and slide down the door.

"Naya, what happened?"

"I almost kissed Alec"

Ohhhhhh damn. Nalec moment tho.

Sorry for the short chapter, I promise the next one will be long.

So... I'm gonna try (and I mean really try) to finish this book before the season 2 comes out. But school starts in a week, so if I don't get it finished in time. Please don't kill me. But I think I should be able to.
