I had to work with my father. Apparently he was "sick", so I had to work alone today.
My father is one of those people who sells things by the road. I carried to apple cart all the way to the busiest street on Melody, and just waited until someone bought the apples. The worst part is that the sun was beating on my head all day. I feel like I got sun fever. I wanted to cry, but what good would that do? I remember my father used to laugh with me..... No. I can't remember the good memories. Those memories will crush my soul. Wanna know why? Because I know my life will never be the same again.

"Apples! Buy your free apples!" I yell. I sold about 30 apples, which is good considering I usually sell 18. I feel proud with myself and smile a bit. My father also works for an industry, but the industry isn't doing so well. My father also hates his life for many more reasons. I don't wan't to mention them.
As night falls, I start to walk home. I step on a magazine and I pick it up. It has something to do with the best doctor in town. At first, I feel so happy. I felt like I would cry tears of joy. But then I thought that my father would be upset because we might not be able to afford an appointment. But I take it home anyway.

1 hour later:
"Melodia, are you kidding me? What the hell were you thinking?" My father says angrily. He looks so angry and his face looks red. I shake with complete fear and I let out a wince.
"Why?" I whisper. My voice sounds higher then usual.
Then my mother comes to my fathers side to comfort him. He calms down a little, and then points to my room. I run in my room with tears in my eyes.... I am devastated.
