Lets Play Darling

Sorry for the late update. With school and chores I haven't had time lately.

*Mr. Gray's POV*

I finish scolding Angel for taking my food. I didn't actually care much about it but he should learn not to do that. Truthfully I had other things on my mind and wanted him to leave as quick as possible, I kept thinking about Kassy and those 3 small words that changed everything.

I still don't know what to do. What should I say? What should I do? How should I treat her?... I need to apologize for storming out earlier. But what if she doesn't want to talk about it, after all I probably did hurt her feelings leaving so abruptly like that.

*Kassy's POV*

"What have I done? Why did I do that?" I say to myself. He looked so scared when I said that I loved him. I should have know he wouldn't love me too. I'm shaking, not of fear, but of anger. I'm angry at my own ignorance, of my stupidity, I'm just one of his pets. But what will happen between us, how will he treat me? Will anything change or will it all stay the same?

I really hope nothing changes. I like the way he is around me, I don't want things to be different but if they are I hope it isn't bad.

I can hear steps coming down the hall towards my room. I know who is coming and prepare myself for the worst. He knock then comes in before I can respond. He's holding a dish of something that smells amazing.

"Would you like to dine with me?" He asks as if nothing had happened.

"Of course!" I reply, I'm relieved he isn't mad at me. Everything seems normal, let's keep it that way.

He sits in his normal spot next to me. "Angel took some food so we don't have as much"

"That's fine. I'm not too hungry today" I say. I cant stop thinking about his response, if he doesn't feel the same then why does he treat me better than the others. He gave me real room, a nice bed, he even takes me into town on occasion.

I get lost in thought, and a warm hand on my shoulder interrupts my thinking. "Doll, are you okay?"

 I look at Mr. Gray and nod. "I'm fine. Just thinking" 

"Please eat darling" he grabs a fork and begins feeding me. I eat what he gives me, after I finish about half of whats on the plate he smiles. "Good girl" he moves hair from my face "I love you"

I'm surprised by what he said "I love you too" I say. I can feel my face warm up but I don't care

Once I truly realize what he said I pull him into a hug. It was shaky at first but he hugs back. I laugh quietly to myself "I'm glad I pushed my fear aside. I've loved you for a long time"

He pulls away from the hug and looks at me. He pulls me close and deeply kisses me. He pulls away "shall we continue eating darling?"

"Sure" I say smiling. I have never been this happy to dine with my master.
