Lets Play Darling

Mr. Gray lays down next to Kassy and falls asleep.

*POV Kassy's dream*

My head is throbbing and there is red everywhere. I look down and see my parents laying on the ground, cold and lifeless. I kneel down  next to them and try to shake them awake.

"Mom? Dad? Please wake up" I check their pulse to see if their alive. Nothing. No pulse, no warmth. They are gone from me. I start crying and hear a door open from somewhere behind me.

"Oh good. Your finally awake" I hear a deep taunting voice behind me.

I try to look back but all I see is darkness.

*Kassy POV*

I wake up gasping and I feel tears going down my cheeks. I look back and see Mr. Gray looking at me in concern.

"Are you okay darling?" He asks.

"No. I keep having these memories about my past... Why can't I just forget?" I start crying harder and Mr. Gray pulls me into a hug.

"I don't know," he replies "but please don't cry" he holds me tight to comfort me.

"Promise me you won't leave me," I say. "Promise me that one thing, please"

He sounded shocked when he spoke, and he lets go of me. "I.. I promise that I won't leave you. Why would I have to promise though when I've shown that your the only one that I want?"

"Because I love you and I cant loose anyone else that I love" I look up at him expecting him to laugh at what I said.

"Well darling. I promise that I will be with you forever and always, as long as you promise me the same"

"I promise Eric. I will always be here for you. I would do anything for you" I smile and wipe what remains of the tears off my face.

*Mr. Gray's POV*

Would she really do anything for me? Probably not if she finds out things I've been keeping from her. I do love her with everything I've got but sometimes you gotta keep secrets from the ones you love most.

The last time I told someone the truth they left forever. I cant have that happen again.
