Mark rolled over in bed, seeing the empty spot next to him. It's been a week since Mark took Jack's lips. He smiled from the memory, and he could still remember the taste and tingle of it all.

He laid his arms over his eyes and let out a breath. Jack went out to hang with some other friends today, and when he came home he was going to chill with Tom in his room. Mark had all day to think about the one thing that's been haunting his mind for awhile. Ever since they had their first kiss, Mark was trying to think of a way to ask Jack to be his official boyfriend. He doesn't know how he's going to do it, but he want's it to be something Jack would remember for the rest of his life. He wanted it to be so special, so he called up a few of his friends asking them what they would do put in his situation. He mostly forgot that he told his friends he was even in a relationship with Jack, causing a freak-out over the phone.

He soon gave up after calling 12 people and decided to go shopping, get a coffee or something. He ended up buying a bracelet for Jack, it was a silver chain with a circle of bismuth as a charm. It was fairly cheap, but Mark thought it would compliment Jack and the meaning behind it was so much more than what the cost was. Mark placed the box in his pocket and started on his way home, coffee in hand. What else was he going to do today? He's asked every one of his friends and they din't help. He obviously couldn't ask Jack, so who else could he ask?

...

TOM. Tom would know what to do! He just recently got together with a girl! Mark started running towards his home at full speed, the only thought in his mind was asking Tom this important question. Mark's mom almost fell backwards when he burst through the front door. Mark ran upstairs and flung open the door.

"Tom! I need help finding out a way to ask Jack to be my boyfriend and nobody is helping, so I figured since you just got a girlfriend you could help me out?" Mark let out in one long breath.

"Um Mark..."

Mark turned his head away from Tom to look at the person who's voice just spoke. And who would it have been, other than Jack.

"Oops." Said Tom, giggling and dragged Mark into the room in his baffled state.

"Mark you fuck'n Idiot you didn't have to make anything special, I would love to be your boyfriend."

Mark was snapped back to reality and scooted over to Jack.

"Good, because I got you this.. hehe." Mark pulled the small box out of his pocket to reveal the bracelet. Jack stared at it before Mark chuckled and was placing it around his wrist. "I wanted my way of asking you to be so special but I guess this is quite special. In a different way. Ya know because I'm stup-"

"Shut up Mark I get it." Jack laughed and pulled Mark's head in for a quick kiss.

"Yo losers, get a room." Tom was laughing as well. Actually he was literally ROFL-ing.

Mark and Jack went back downstairs to their room and just cuddled. Jack was admiring the bracelet, and Mark kept telling him how beautiful it looked on his wrist.

"I swear, someday I'm gonna be the romantic one in this." Jack looked into Marks eyes and got ready to lean in for a kiss, if it wasn't for Jack's stomach they would have. It decided to growl making Jack sigh and tell Mark he was going to go make some toast.

After eating and Mark joining him in the kitchen Mark pulled Jack into a hug at the sink, while Jack was washing dishes.

"Ya' know, you seem to be getting better at eating." Mark whispered in his ear.

Jack let out a long sigh and smiled. "There's a reason to that."

"Oh really? What is it."

"You."

"Me! Little o' Markimoo helped? Nah, I can't take the credit. I think I just kick started you into helping yourself."

"Yeah right. You stood up to my Mom and somehow magically knew she was abusive. You let me stay here, you fed me. You have been in almost every sentence I just said."

Mark giggled and kissed Jack on the top of the head. Yeah okay. I don't mind taking all the credit. I'm such a good boyfriend."

Jack smiled at Mark's words. Boyfriend. That was nice. Jack went back to cleaning the dishes. He felt like a house wife, but he felt like the luckiest house wife ever.

A/N I felt like this took forever to come out? Sorry I'm not keeping track of days. It's still summer break for me. I've also been freaking out about this new AU I started writing. Oh man I'm excited for it. I was researching NYC and what I would need to know about living there, and the conditions... It made me all stressed out and making me think I was actually gonna move there. I'm not even out of high school yet... ://
