Chapter 39

I woke up the next morning, and Harry was already out of the hotel. The boys had a line of interviews and things to do today, and then a concert tonight. He left me a note saying where he was, and when he would be back. Perrie had gone with them, but Eleanor had stayed back at the hotel.

There was a knock at my door, and I opened it to see Eleanor.

"Hey did I wake you?" She asked.

"No, I was up." I said with a smile.

I let her in, and we sat on the couch.

"Want to go for breakfast? Everyone will be gone most of the day, and I thought it would be fun getting to know each other." Eleanor said.

"Yeah of course, I just need to get dressed." I said.

Eleanor nodded, and waited on the couch, as I went to get dressed. I threw on some jeans, a sweater, and some boots and then headed out.

Eleanor met me at the door, and we walked to a small diner. We sat and ate for a bit, getting to know each other, and then we headed to some small boutiques to go shopping.

By the time we returned to the hotel, it was midafternoon, and the boys and Perrie were back. Louis immediately, went off with Eleanor, receiving a dirty look from Harry.

He was pretty tense, and I pulled him off to find out what was going on.

"Did something happen with Louis?" I asked.

"No." Harry said angrily.

I nodded, and his face softened a bit.

"Sorry." He said quickly.

"It's cool." I replied.

Harry nodded.

"What's going on? You seem a bit angry with him." I said.

"It's just, ever since Eleanor got here, all he's done is go off just the two of them." Harry said.

"Why is that a problem?" I asked.

"Because, he got on you and me for doing that." Harry said.

"Okay, but you have to understand, he must have missed her a lot, and just wants to be with her all the time because she may be leaving soon." I said.

"I know, but it's like he's doing what he said we shouldn't have done, and it's annoying." Harry said.

I nodded slowly, and Harry stood in silence waiting for my response.

"But if you go off on him, then you would be doing what you said you didn't want him to do." I said finally.

"I know, but I want him to know like that he's annoying everyone. The other boys talked about it too, and they said he was being hypocritical." Harry said.

"Well, maybe have them say something to him then, if you all feel the same way." I suggested.

"I don't want to start a fight." Harry said.

"Then ignore it, and don't say anything at all about it. To anyone, like don't go run off, and talk to the boys about it, just drop the whole thing completely." I said.

Harry agreed, and took my hand. We walked back to where everyone else had gathered, in the lobby of the hotel. We were all going to head to the concert venue, because the boys needed to start the sound check.

When we got to the venue, the boys piled out of the car, and went to meet fans, sign stuff, and take pictures, while the girls just headed straight inside.
