"I'm not going to let you do this!" A figure in all black towered over a woman sitting in a chair in the man's office. "You're one of my best agents, if not the best! You can't just give yourself up to die like this!"
"You told me what Captain Rogers asked, Fury! We promised that Bucky's safety would be our top priority, especially if a mission is taking out a HYDRA facility. We have screwed Cap over enough, we owe him this solemn promise!" The woman started to raise her voice as she stood. "You gave me this assignment, you said to make a plan of action in case HYDRA threatens Bucky's life, and this is the best plan."
"How would they ever look at me again? Knowing that this was the plan! You are part of the team, you know. What are they going to say?" Fury yells right back. "Especially Cap, you know how he is, he would never go through with this plan if I told him. And Barnes-"
"Then lie to them." The woman's voice grew softer and her eyes flickered to Nick as he just shook his head in sorrow and disappointment, his hands were tied, he had to go with the plan.
