Lisa calls Jason the next night
"Hey there... I was wondering if maybe... You would want to... Hang out with me... Oh and a few friends... At a club... No big deal if you can't come..."
"Sure I'd like to"
"Cool... See you there."
Later Jason arrives at the club. Lisa is chatting with a group of people at a Booth. Jason approaches her. Giving her A hug from behind
"Hey Lisa it's nice to see you again. I was wondering when we would hang out again"
"Hey yeah me too he-he. It's why I called you."
They walk over to a Booth and sit together. They party all night, chatting, taking pictures, laughing and getting to know each other.
As they're having a great time, Lisa gets a message from Jake, her boyfriend, saying they should break up. Lisa stands up with tears in her eyes... Walks out the club with Jason running after her.
When they get outside Jason grabs her wrist pulling her back
"What's wrong? Where are you going?"
Lisa stares at the ground
"Please answer me Lisa..."
Lisa turns around standing in front of him looking down
"Sorry... I... I just hate my life... I want to end it... I've had enough."
Jason lifts her chin up
"Please don't."
Lisa looks him in the eyes
"My heart is in pieces Jason... It's always been broken"
Jason gives her a long hug
"Well... I will fix it"
"You can't Jason... The pieces is lost."
"I will find it... I will be like your big brother."
Jason wipes her tears away
"Do you want to go back inside or do you prefer somewhere else?"
Just then Lisa gets a call from her sister
"Hi Sis want to hang out? I feel lonely"
Lisa looks at Jason then answers back
"Yeah M'kay sure. I'd like you to meet somebody... My new brother-like best friend"
Lisa grabs Jason's hand and takes the next bus to the park where he would meet her sister.
They arrive.
Jason meets Annast, Lisa's annoying sister who loves cats and who's always starting drama
"So you're my new brother?"
Jason holds his hand out to give her a handshake
"Yours and Lisa's"
she doesn't shake it. Instead she jumps onto his back
"YAY! Piggy back ride"
said Annast
"This is how you greet me. Oh and nice name by the way. I love the name Jason."
Jason rolls his eyes
"Thank you sis"
Lisa sighs
"Sister don't be too hard on our new brother."
Annast gives Lisa a nasty look with an eye that twitches. Jason reassuringly says
"It's okay Lisa, I think I can handle it"
Annast texts Lisa saying
"SHUT THE FUCK UP! If you don't like it then go! fuck off! I'm taking him!"
Lisa looks angry at Annast. Replying to the text
"FINE! I WILL GLADLY LEAVE! ENJOY HIM!"
Lisa slips away before Jason could notice she's gone. Lisa is on her way walking home when Jason suddenly texts her
"Hey where did you go?"
She stares at the phone then replies
"Don't worry about me just stay with Annast. She needs you"
Jason looks at the message worried
"I think you need me more than she does... Where are you?"
"Why?"
"Because I want to hang out with you"
"I'm at my house... I'll send you directions"
Jason pulls Annast off his back
"Sorry sis I need to go"
"NO YOU'RE NOT LEAVING ME ALONE!!!"
"I need to go..."
A minute later Annast's other brother arrives.
"Brother!"
Annast runs to him and greets him.While she's distracted Jason sneaks away running to Lisa's house.
A few minutes later after running to Lisa's house, Jason knocks on her door, standing with his hands in his pockets waiting for her to open the door.
Lisa opens the door slightly to see who it is then opens it all the way
"Are you okay sis?"
"No, I'm not"
Jason looks at her seeing her pain inside
"Can I come in?"
Lisa let's him in without saying a word and closes the door
"Why do you keep coming after me?"
Lisa sighs
"Why do you keep pushing me away whenever I get close?"
She looks to the floor
"I'm not... I just... My heart gets broken whenever I get close to someone."
"And... You don't want me here sister?"
A tear drops from Lisa's face then walks to the living room and sits on the couch
"Every time I introduce my brothers or best friends to my sis... They end up being her brothers only... And not mine... I've lost 2 brothers to her already... And now... Almost a 3rd."
Jason sits next to her putting an arm around her
"If you knew she would try to take me from you... Then why did you let me meet her?"
Lisa leans on Jason's shoulder
"I didn't think she would do it again"
Lisa hugs Jason tight
"I'm your brother/best friend not hers okay?"
"M'kay... Bro"
Jason gets a text from Sam
"I have to go sis. Are you sure you're okay?"
"Yes..."
Jason stands up and walks to the door
"Wait Jason!"
Jason turns towards her
"Yes?"
Lisa runs to Jason giving him a tight hug whispering -
"Thank you big bro."
Jason smiles hugging her back but tighter.
"Anything for my best lil sis"
Jason walks out and leaves...
