Angie graduated with her bachelors degree. When she came back home I was the first person she hugged and the first person she kissed. She told me everything about college and the crazy parties she went to and how wasted she got and how she hated her professors.
I told her all about touring and the crazy parties I went to and how wasted I would get and how I hated some of my roadies because some were complete assholes.
Now, (six months after she came back from school) we laid on our bedroom floor holding each other kind of like we did four years ago the night before she left. "I can't believe we did it Tom" she smiled as I ran my hand through her still purple hair.
"Did what Angie Angel?" I asked. "We moved to LA, and you're a rockstar" she smiled. "But you're not a writer" I replied kissing her soft cheek. "I don't care about that" she responded with a slow sigh.
"You're gonna write a great book one day Ang you'll be better than John Green " I said. She laughed. "I don't if I'll be better than John Green" she said.
"I love you Tommy" she whispered kissing my neck. "I love you too Angie" I smiled. "Why are we always on the floor?" She giggled into my chest. "I have no idea...one minute we're on the bed and the next minute were laying on the floor" I replied laughing. We're officially boyfriend and girlfriend, if you couldn't tell.
She ran her small hand down my chest. "Babe?" I asked as she twisted her finger in my silver necklace. "Yes love?" She replied. "I'm happy you're here with me, when you left it was the hardest four years of my life" I said while running my finger tips over her collar bone.
She kissed me. " I missed you more than you would have ever known,I'm happy I'm here with you right now" she replied with her beautifully crooked Angie smile.
"Wanna get a pizza?" She asked getting off the floor. "Is my name Tom DeLonge?" I replied with a grin. "No-your name is Thomas" she replied. "Order the damn pizza" I muttered. She laughed and pulled her phone out.
About forty minutes later the pizza came and we were eating on the bed watching a show on the science channel about aliens. "We always watch this stuff" she mumbled. "You wanna change it babe?" I asked. She shook her head. "No, I think it's cute how your face lights up whenever you watch it" she smiled.
I kissed her cheek. "You're the best" I said turning back to the TV. "I'm gonna go make some coffee I'll be right back" she said getting up and setting her half eaten pizza on my plate. "Can I have it?" I asked. She nodded. "I haven't had coffee in forever" she said stretching before opening the door.
"Didn't you just drink coffee like two hours ago?" I asked. "Yup" she replied. Did I forget to mention she has a coffee obsession?
I followed her into the kitchen. "Yes?" She asked when she noticed I was staring at her. "I just love you a lot" I replied. She set her ceramic mug down on the counter and walked towards me with a big smile on her pretty face.
She put her arms around my neck. "I love you one million times more Tommy" she replied. She pecked my lips and placed a soft hand on my cheek. "I think I love you too much" she said. "Why?" I asked placing my arms around her waist. "Because I get sad when you leave-even when you go to the bathroom or the store" she giggled. I kissed her. Putting my tongue in her mouth. She smiled when I did that.
I picked her up and set her on the kitchen counter. She opened her legs so I could stand closer to her. I held her hips. "Tom" she whispered when my lips moved to her neck. "Hm?" I mumbled into her soft skin. "That-that feels really good" she said with her eyes closed.
"Wait-" she placed her hands on my chest. "Tom I don't want to yet" she said looking into my eyes. "It's okay Ang we can do it whenever you feel comfortable babe" I said hugging her. "I love you Tommy" she said. "I love you too Angie" I said kissing her cheek.
"Finish your coffee beautiful" I said lifting her up off the counter. "Okay" she said biting her lip. I stood behind her with my hands around her waist and my chin resting on her shoulder.
When she finished pouring her coffee we went back to the room. "This is interesting" she said setting her cup down on the table next to the bed. "See? Aliens are cool" I said taking my shirt off. "It's hot in here" I said. "Because I'm in here" she smirked. "Probably" I replied chewing my lip ring.
"Scoot over" she said patting my leg. "Sit in my lap" I said pulling her to me. She shrugged and sat on me. I held her hands and kissed her back. She smelled like coffee which wasn't unusual. "Angie?" I said. "Hm?" She replied. "I love you a lot and I've been thinking..." I said growing nervous. "What is it babe?" She asked turning to me.
"Let's get married" I said. She started laughing. "Tom are you serious? Tom marriage isn't even your thing" she said. "Because I never thought I would find the one but now that I know I found the girl I want to spend the rest of my life with.." I said. "You're 100% serious?" She asked. I nodded. "Thomas this is marriage" she said carefully. "I know" I replied.
"This isn't a game Tom it's marriage this is some serious shit" she said. " I know" I answered. She stared at me for a long time. "Are you seri-" I stopped her. "If you ask me if I'm serious one more time" I said. She smiled and cupped my face. "You want to marry me?" She asked. I nodded.
"Tommy!" she gushed. She pecked my lips. "Let's do it" she smiled. "Yes!" I yelled. She began laughing and kissing my face. "I can't believe we're getting married!" She said. "I can" I smiled. "I've wanted to marry you since High school!" She said hugging me. "Really?" I asked in disbelief. She nodded. "Tom I've loved you for a long time I just did a really good job at hiding it" she says while holding onto my hands.
"So we're getting married?" I asked. She nodded quickly. I wrapped my arms around her and hugged her tight. "I love you Angie Angel".
