By Primus I freaking love this series so much
The book series is called the Indigo Court by Yasmine Galenorn and I swear the Author does an amazing job on this series and she's one of my favorite authors next to P.C and Kristin Cast Dean Koontz Rachel Cane and Richelle Mead. This book is so amazing
The first book I'm reading is called Night Myst and I'm almost on chapter 6 I think.
But anyways here's the plot to it
The main character named Cicely Waters who is a magic born {or known as a witch with elemntal powers where she controls wind and she's also a shape shifter} where she finally returns home when she learns there is danger in her old town where people end up disappearing or murder and now she has to find out what the danger is
I won't get into it much but this series is well written and how the Author does this differently with the lore.
I was actually introduce to this series back in high school reading I think the third or fourth book when a friend of my mom gave this to me for helping her with her horse so yeah and yeah usually when someone gives me a book it's always right in the middle of the series and it always bugs me.
But again love this series I love the characters and the relationships between them
I love Cicely she's very strong sweet and caring to the people she cares about including to her cousin Rhiannon and is shown to kick ass.
I love Wrath Cicely's father cause he's kind and fatherly
And I love Cicely's relationship with Grieve I ship those two
Speaking of ships this is who I ship
Cicely and Grieve
Rhiannon and Chatter {Fuck Leo those two are meant together}
Again Cicely and Lannan despite that Cicely is with Grieve
Peyton and Kai {I think that's his name but I have a feeling those two are gonna end up together}
And awhile ago I was talking to Dragon Mom that Cicely and Lannan remain me of Sterling and Havoctide relationship cause Lannan is obsessed with Cicely and wants to screw her even if Cicely is with Grieve and despite that Lannan is her ally even Cicely doesn't trust him that much
But other than that this series is really good I would recommend this series but...
I wait till you guys are old enough to read this cause there's a lot of lemons {sex scenes} in this series so just wait. But knowing you Medix I know you won't read this series since you're not really into romances
But again I recommend this series if you guys want to check this series out in the future.
