Chapter 2. The strange man.

(The next day)

(???'s POV)

I travel from my camp or what you could say home at the moment. I'm here for a ball. Nothing more and nothing less. It's for a friend BTW but i'm not that kind of guy to be going to balls nor is my friend. I try to stay away from people much and i see a girl alone. She is wearing a blue and green dress with white, has brown hair and green eyes. She looks cute i could say but she seems sad. Why would she be? I shouldn't get involve. Should i maybe? I see a person follow her. She has blonde hair and blue eyes. I follow them and listen.

The blonde: Listen dare try to steal the prince you will die!

The brown: Please Kayla stop! I have done nothing!

Kayla (The blonde): Listen if Rhi! Your just a bunch of crap! No one loves you go away and die! your mom hates you, Kate does, i do and your boyfriend! Everyone here i bet hates you! 

Rhi (The brown): I-I-I.....

Kayla: Just shut up and get away from MY prince!

Rhi: K-Kayla Please...

Kayla: JUST LEAVE FOR EVERYONE'S SAKE!!!!! YOU WILL NOT STEAL THE PRINCE!!!!!

I heard a punch. That's it! I had enough here! I walk out and startle both of them. 

???: The one who should leave is you from this universe! 

Kayla: Who are you!?

???: I SAID LEAVE!!!!!

She ran and i saw the girl with brown hair in tears. Rhi was her name the blonde one named Kayla said. 

Rhi: W-Who are...

???: Doesn't matter. Are you okay?

Rhi: Y-Yeah. I'm fine she didn't hurt me.

She smiled like nothing happen but something did. She's lying alot. Why is she though?

???: Your lying. 

Rhi: What do you mean?

???: you act like something never happen but something did! Why?

Rhi: I-I-I.....I just...

She began to cry. She sat down on hers knees while crying in her hands. 

Rhi: I don't know.......I just......I just.....

???: Shh.....It's alright. 

I kneel down to her and hug her. She hugs back after a few seconds crying as well. Why am i helping her? I don't know.....

Rhi: Why are you helping me?

???: Because. You shouldn't be hurt. Come on let's get you clean up and back home. Okay?

Rhi: Okay and thank you.....

???: Stranger. Call me stranger.

Rhi: Okay then. Mine is Rhiannon. Rhi for short. 

???: I know she said your name. Well nickname.

Rhi: Okay then.

I walk around to get to know her. She's kind and sweet. After she was clam down we walk to her house. I guess i will never see her again. We stop at her porch infront of the doors. 

???: It was nice to meet you Rhi.

Rhi: You too. Your heading to the ball tomorrow night?

???: Yes for a friend.

Rhi: Will i see you?

???: I'll wear this mask. So easy and maybe nothing formal.

Rhi: K. How will you know it's me when i approach you? 

???: Your eyes, hair and maybe even your voice.

Rhi: Okay, i'll see you then Stranger.

???: See you then Rhi.

I walk away and to my camp. I have to ask my self. Why did i help her? Why did i promise her to meet her at the ball? Why am i doing this? Maybe i can answer them soon. Maybe soon.
